For some reason I was thinking Kerrsed made the post before mine, but it was Wilber. My bad.

One question. If you propose starting him and playing him 30 mpg, who would you want to waive? He can only spend 45 days with our team as a 2 way player, so we would have to waive someone. DJJ? Some said he was most improved over the offseason and you were a fan after a good game. Obviously for financial reasons we wouldn't waive Knight, though it might be for the best.

Mike James pre-season. 13-25 FG, 3-6 3P, 15-17 FT for 11 ppg on 52% from the field & 2 apg in 16 mpg.

VS

Tyler Ulis in pre-season. 14-41 FG, 3-8 3P, 7-10 FT for 7.6 ppg on 34% from the field & 3.4 apg in 20 mpg.

Yep ... Mike James is the only player who shows consistent heart on this team. Bledsoe azz needs to be planted firmly on the bench. Ulis is getting abused by bigger point guards. James will have a prominent role by mid-December.

He definitely played ok against Portland's scrubs a couple times and Utah's scrubs twice. Hopefully he can do ok against regular bench units.

Damian Lillard's definitely grateful he didn't have to go up against Michael Lebron Jordan James from the tipoff opening night. Woulda been a whole 'nother story!

Two games in and James is already playing a major role off the bench. He will supplant Bledsoe as the starting point guard by the all-star break.

Bledsoe doesn't want to be here which further elevates James into the starting role. Let Bledsoe sit on the bench until we can trade him. No sense risking an injury as other teams already know what he is capable of doing. Don't be a bandwagon fan ... join the Mike James Fan Club today !!!
