Despite the season starting sooner, it has still been a long way coming. Even moreso when you consider that nearly every other franchise has already played their first games. Injuries prevented the Clippers from consistent play during the preseason, which was needed with the roster turnover coming in as only Sacramento retained less minutes per game.
