Hopefully it's just the one game for Myles and he can get healthy quickly! Portland was probably gonna beat us anyways, but without Myles it'll be tough. Gonna need Oladipo to rock again, and Lance to have a better game, and obviously Sabonis has to step up as the starter tonight. Hopefully they've found some defense lying around somewhere in the last couple days as well.

I have a feeling we will get blown out tonight. Hoping they prove me wrong.

EDIT: Never mind, just saw Turner is out, we are definitely getting blown out.

This is not going to be pretty. Myles is out tomorrow as well but saw on Twitter that Whiteside will miss the game tomorrow.

In my opinion, Myles is the one player that we can not afford to lose.

Maybe Ike gets some minutes and proves he is ready to contribute in the NBA already.

The game is in Indianapolis not at portland. It will be interesting to see Sabonis starting at Center.

Not having Myles will be a big blow, but at least we have Sabonis to fill in now. Sabonis is probably a better defender on Nurkic either way and luckily Portland's backup centers aren't world beaters by any means.

Possibly means more minutes for Leaf, which is likely to be rough, but good long term. Or Big Al...

Nurkic is so big though. Not sure how much he weighs now, but he used to weigh close to 300 lbs.

Yeah the guy is huge, but Sabonis probably has a better chance of containing him than Myles does.

Make him run on the other end. Other teams used to do that to us when we still had Hibbert. With Sabonis (or Turner), we can punish the slower bulky guys from the perimeter.

I've checked youtube and found a cool highlight of Sabonis going at Nurkic at 0:15 mark in this vid:

Going to be tough without Turner.

Hope we play a good game defensively and continue our pace from the last one.

Pacers are going to be just fine. They need a W, cause first game was fun, this one - for confidence.
