Shot 12/27 from the field.

% wise not terrible but he took nearly 30 shots. Not exactly good efficiency. Although in his defense, he doesn't have a ton of help. His passing/rebounding continues to be promising though.

He's getting used to what shots he can and can't get off in the paint. In-between game lacking for what they're having him do right now. But he shot well on 3's and got em off in transition. Very hard to stop.

Just not an iso player atm, nor can finish with traffic at the rim. We all saw what happened against a good 1 v 1 defender and good defense. Needs to improve his handle as well. His rebounding is impressive and his shot though weird, at least goes in.

Defensively, I'm not even sure Booker is good enough for the GLeague. :-p

He was knocked around a few times going to the rim without fouls being called.

One thing you got to say about this kid.

HE IS MENTALLY TOUGH.
With all the attention and scrutiny he is getting (deserved or undeserved) he does not get fazed.

After being bullied last night, he came back and played the best game from any rookie this year.

Lonzo has been dealing with people getting at him for a long time now.

I'm no Lonzo fan but I admire the balls on that kid, no pun intended.

He is so young still, but yes someone on that coaching staff has got to hold him accountable on that side of the ball.

Great game by Lonzo in only his second game on a back to back with practically no run in pre season. Basically a historic night for the nba by those standards.
Don't understand why so many posters have so much hate towards him? If it's just all from his pops then hate Lavar. But Lonzo himself just keeps his head down .. stays quiet.. works hard.. plays the right way. An unselfish star in a me-first league is refreshing.

When you have kids like Kyrie leaving a contender like the Cavs because he wants to be "the man" --- Lonzo is over here judging his play by how many Ws he can get. He truly is a rarity in the league and I hope everyone puts down their blind hate to get a chance to appreciate this kid who is playing the right way.

Those are Chris Smoove numbers... About 30 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and 30 field goal attempts

I like his attitude tonight.
Created a lots of semi open chances for his teammates. Should have a triple double tonight.
I thought the Lakers could be the worst defensive team in the NBA but the Suns... good God.
Cant imagine why they are so bad at D like that. They have much more D tools than the Lakers.

Umm DLO scores 30 last game and did well in tonight’s game. Nobody hating. But Lonzo does well and the hate ramps up.

Can't shoot, not athletic. has to get on the box score by getting cheap assists/rebounds.

On a better team he would've had at least 15 assists tonight. Brewer had butter fingers on those full court passes. A lot of Lonzo's passes led to immediate fouls too. Lonzo is becoming the clear leader.

The haters can hate all they want. If Lonzo works on his game, he has a chance to be very special. He should add bulk up and add some muscle so he can finish through contact. Tighten up his ball-handling, improve his basketball iq and improve his jump shot. He will be in a very good player. After watching him, I think that he and D-Lo could have played together. Lonzo isn't ball dominant.

Eh, Lonzo from UCLA could've played with DLo. But they got him running the pick n roll here which was DLo's bread and butter.
