What I know for sure is that Triano can get you Steve Nash here. As a HC, assistant or whatever.

Regarding schemes, I think that he is a solid coach with a lot of experience.
Obviously not a A+ HC in the league, but he is not Lindsey Hunter.

Not a defensive coach, that is true.

I like #1 on that list!!!!!

I either want first time head coach that has been an assistant for a long time , a grinder type. Think Steve Clifford, the guy that went to the sixers

or a head coach with previous experience

no more rookie coaches with very little assistant and zero head coaching experience

Worse than averaging -30 through three games? Can't imagine we could be worse....

Follow @SunsFilm. We've been running it. This is Triano's offense.

I like Messina and Chris Fleming from that list. Just watched the Brooklyn game today and they briefly talked about Fleming - sounds like an interesting candidate that well and truly proved himself overseas and as the coach of the German National team.

From the Spurs - heck yes

a few years too soon for Becky Hammons - as only on the bench for like 3 years now

but Messina for sure

Yeah, we run a lot of plays like the Blazers, where he was an assistant too. But at the end of the day Watson had the last word, so probably Triano will bring some changes now that he is the HC.

I hope so.

On the other topic of the day : Bledsoe

is there a market for him out there? I mean, if they take little - like would Denver turn down Mudiay, Arthur and next years 1st for Bledsoe

The Cavs don't seem to be an option unless they think Isiah is done but Isiah wouldn't like Phoenix

Milwaukee mentioned

Also, what market does chandler have - if any?

Well, looking at the rosters of Toronto when he was head coach his track record with young players development doesnt look to hot. He had Derozan as a rookie his first season (Only showed real improvement the season after Triano was released), and had a plethora of 1 and 2 year players throughout his 3 year career there, and none of them really became players. I'd say the 2nd best was Bayless.

After Toronto signed him for 3 years, they felt they could find better and didnt pick up his 3rd year option.

His 1st full season the Raptors were #5 in the league for Offense and Last in the league in Defense.
His 2nd season the Raptors were #20 in Offense and again ranked Last in Defense.

His head coaching total is 87 Wins, 142 Losses.

Let's give the front office some help on what trade targets they should go after.
Bledsoe/Chriss/2018 Miami 1st for Jabari Parker/Greg Monroe
Bledsoe for Murray/Parker - Waive Parker so he can join the Spurs again
Bledsoe/2018 & 2021 Miami 1st for Channing Frye/IT/Nets pick
Bledsoe/Len/2018 Miami 1st for Drummond
Bledsoe for Rubio
Bledsoe for Rivers + 2 picks
Bledsoe/Chriss for Biyombo/Isaacs :D

It's sad when there is last in defense in the league like Triano was, and then nba all time last like Watson was.

A 15 spot drop in offense in one season? That doesn't speak too well of his offensive schemes

I would do the first and if you could include Chandler for Teletovic - that works for me

second one - Parker would not be able to go back to Spurs

I am not sure IT would love coming back but would do that deal

Rubio not getting traded

ehh, might do the Clippers deal

can you get Chandler to the Magic

There is a market but I don't think it's particularly hot. I think whoever gets him will most probably get him below what he would've likely fetched if he had been traded in the offseason. On top of showing very little in the 3 games so far, him publicly wanting out at the same time as the S-show and chaos that's Phoenix Suns right now (from top to bottom), I'd imagine teams will be looking to capitalise.

Luckily we got decent value for Dragic in a similar situation, and that was him with little time left on his contract. Trade deadline though which changes things as well. I really hope the Bledsoe stuff doesn't drag on and we just trade him and get it over it.

i dont like any of those trades much other than the Cleveland and maybe the spurs and doubt either of them would do them
