Thon Maker is a bum. That trade sucks.

Any chance we can get Kyle Kuzma from the Lakers for Bledsoe?

Bledsoe can be a mentor of sorts for Ball plus the LeBron connection??

BTW. It looks to me like the players that Watson lost first were the vets. Dudley has made his opinion known. I would not be surprised if Chandler was ticked at Watson too. He may have even lost Bledsoe. That may be why Gambo says that Bledsoe's tweet was not about Watson being fired. Bledsoe may have not wanted to deal with Watson anymore either. Sometimes these things are more complex than it seems.

Yeah, doesnt make much sense for Bledsoe. Watson even got Kieff to play some bball before the trade.
Bledsoe was even a bigger issue than Kieff in this 3 games + preseason.
Something was wrong and my guess is: he just used the situation to get away quickly.

I thought Maker was considered untouchable? Or close to it (maybe by their fans). How good has he been since last year?

Last year he was mostly just a 3 pt shooter/shot blocker. Worked best as the big with Giannis to spread the floor. But he's so rail thin he's not a good rebounder or inside player yet.

Also, his 3 pt shooting this year hasn't been good but obviously it's a small sample size.

Thon is a workaholic, he'll do whatever it takes to get better. He has a smooth stroke, questionable hands, is electric on defense or completely lost... He's thin, yes, but he's added a decent amount of mass to his frame from just last year. I'm not sure how I'd feel about giving him up as he's 110% a quality teammate and all about helping the team.

Gambo also tweeted that Bledsoe loved playing for Watson. What did Dudley say? Is he the one that said "He had to go"?

I imagine you'd rather give him up than Brogdon? Thon is intriguing. It just seems like he would be our third big that can block shots and play around the perimeter but isn't ready to play C yet.

I think that is a good package from the Bucks for Bledsoe the Bucks one but the Suns already have alot of PF / C type players so i wonder if they would need to trade someone to help free up a spot.

Thon Maker is a very good 30yo rookie

The tweet I posed about JD can be taken a little out of context. He said "It's time. We need some leadership" but it was in response to someone reporting that he's back for injury and will be able to go next game. But still, the leadership part is telling. Coming from JD, one of the best guys in the league, he still believes in us and hopefully his respect around the league can keep the Suns name up at least a little bit.

I think the package from the Bucks is pretty average . I would say throw in Chandler for Teletovic. I think MT would be a better locker room guy than Chandler at this point from what I read about his time in Phoenix.

But Thon and an expiring with a protected 1st is not great

I love the Thon deal. Actually can't believe the Bucks would give him up.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

Thon is not that great and there's this age issue. Don't like it. Next!

I still would want Brogdon. And with Bledsoe and Delly, do they need Brogdan too?

If it's this year's pick and no more than lotto protected, the protection doesn't matter. They're almost certain to make the playoffs.

I'd call Orlando. Payton + other assets would be interesting to me.

Yes. I think the vast majority of the Bucks fans (here at least) believe Brogdon to be a more valuable trade chip than Bledsoe, so Brogdon is pretty much a non-starter (again, for most on here). I imagine the Bucks initial offer would be something along the lines of just Monroe's expiring and a protected 1st and if someone jumps in with a better offer, then maybe they'd include Thon.
