Pretty crazy for a player to just tweet out that he doesn't want to be there anymore. Hopefully someone besides the Cavs/Warriors/Spurs/Rockets gets him. Top 4 teams in the league are already stacked.

I am almost positive over the summer SVG would have traded Reggie for him. Not sure he does at this moment or not, because he has praised Reggie's defense these first few games... saying Reggie has gotten beat a few times but that his defensive effort has been great.

Probably moot that Reggie is looking healthy now. Also Bledsoe is a Rich Paul client.
I bet whomever trades for Bledsoe will also get Chandler in the deal. I don't think Tyson would be happy here only getting 16mpg.
Milwaukee or Denver will be my picks for his eventual landing spot. With Orlando being a darkhorse.

Re: Around the League
Gotta be more to this since they fired Watson after THREE games!
You don't get blown out by 40 twice in 3 games if players give a **** so there's gotta be something going on in that locker room IMO
I thought they wanted to tank though? Watson was doing a great job with that!
Maybe they wanted him to play Chriss, Bender & JJ more?

Re: Around the League
PHX is a total mess. The west is stacked, but there’s no reason for them to be as disfunctional and bad as they are. They have some good young players, and Bledsoe is a solid PG.
Bledsoe tweeting that he doesn’t want to be there is pretty crazy. That team must be in a real unstable place right now. I don’t like players making public proclamations like that, but he’s likely not happy that the coach was canned, especially if it’s the players who are phoning it in. He’s been in the league long enough to know what the problem is.

There is a reason. If you are going to tank, you have to get rid of all of your experienced NBA players. You fill the roster with young guys and fringe players that have something to prove. Sure, they know the team stinks, but they are more interested in proving they belong in the league than the team results. You can't have rotation players in their prime and expect them to accept losing.

He had those games here as well. I would have paid him $17M over four or five. He didn't want it. He won't get it next year either. He;ll sign basically for what we offered him and he rejected. Lakers will renounce him on the first day of free agency.

Re: Around the League
After he signed that one year deal with LA I thought there was a decent chance that he would play just one season with the Lakers, the Lakers would have no interest in resigning him, and Detroit might still be an option but after those comments from KCP about Dre I am pretty sure that bridge has been burned.

He said Drummond is lazy and inconsistent.

And that he’s nearly impossible to keep focused.

sooo we get to subtract whatever he's getting paid from what we still owe him right? Probably vet min, unless injury hardship exception is less?
