Suns still aren't happy with offers for Bledsoe. They want Mudiay and Fraried. They want Ntilikina and Hernangomez.

They gonna have to settle for TJ, Bayless and Okafor, for, Eric Bledsoe and Tyson Chandler! A) Chandler is a better back up five than Amir Johnson, b) who should be playing stretch four anyway, c) while Richaun Holmes eventually emerges and makes Tyson a deep reserve player/coach.

Next summer's free agent class is trash. Not tremendously excited about giving Avery Bradley $25M/yr. Bledsoe's and Chandler's deals ends the next year ('19) when it will be better (as if BC is ever going to poach an impact, marquee player). Win now while planning for '19.

I'm not trading for Chandlers contract no thanks

I'd do the same trade without Chandler. I'd even add a fake first before taking back his contract even if you don't like FA next year there are better options then Chandler.

If all PHX wants from DEN is Mudiay and Faried... that trade should already be done.

Holmes, Anderson, and 2018 PHI 2nd for McCaw and Looney (option declined).

Saric, Okafor, Bayless, TJ, and 2018 NYK 2nd for Bledsoe and Chriss.

Bledsoe/Fultz/?/Pullen
Redick/TLC/Korkmaz
Covington/McCaw/Stauskas
Simmons/Chriss/Looney/McAdoo
Embiid/A.Johnson/?

Then go out and grab a vet min C and PG after they R&E Covington.

Both of those trades I do assuming McCaw has term left at the end of the year. I don't see the GSW doing it unless someone gets injured though.

Pho may do that deal I mean it's not great for them but I doubt they get much for Bledsoe. Chriss for Saric is a tough one though. GM's have a habit of falling in love with their own players and Chriss was a high pick.

Looney has the length to play C (7'3.5" wingspan).

We are the Sixers, Looney’s hip would explode the moment he arrived, as the cool kids say these days, literally explode.

Just because those deals would end in 19 doesn’t mean that we would be able to have max space again. That would be after Embiid’s salary kicked in, and we are going to extend Covington too.

Our free agency opportunity is this upcoming summer.

That being said, I would rather take Bledsoe on his deal than Bradley for 25m.

No idea. Pho needs a center we need guards. I assume we want to dump bayless and they according to reports want to dump chandlers.

I'm not taking Chandlers contract in any deal. They can kick rocks.

Wouldn't trading Jah to Chicago for Portis make sense in a lot of ways?

Chicago was given an ultimatum by Mirotic. If they want to dump Portis, we're going to need Zipser or Grant to go along with.

I'd rather receive a 2nd round pick than Portis. He's been awful so far in his career, he doesn't fit well here, and who knows about his off-the-court issues after the Mirotic incident.

Bledsoe for Okafor and the Suns get the right to swap first round picks in 2018. The Suns are likely going to have a worse record anyway, so the cost would be nil. If the Suns pick ends up being better, it won't be by much. They both might be top 5 picks.

Thats more then a fair trade probably a little in our favor.

I'd even be willing to kick in a little extra if you took Bayless. He won't have much of a role after bledsoe and even less once Fultz gets healthy.

I think the smart thing for the Suns to do and I said it on the global board is not attach Chandler and get the best deal. You guys are rebuilding a two year deal is nothing. Hinkie did the same thing. He never traded bad contracts he only agreed to take them on for a price to maximize his assets.

We don't need anymore bigs. We could use sort of a 6th man type scorer who can create his own shot. We could also use high end starting talent like Bledsoe (who wouldn't).

The last thing we need is a depth big. Don't have minutes as it is. Holmes will be coming back at some point so no thanks

Bender instead of Chriss? Maybe that’s a little better?

Not as big a fan of Bender. I think his athletic limitations lower his ceiling. I think Chriss is and will continue to be a better player. Chriss could outright bloom in Philly lined up at the PF spot between Simmons and Embiid.

Bender strikes me as a Lauri Markkanen, except instead of having an A+ shooting skill, it's just a C+/B- shooting skill.

GSW has too many centers already and are thin at PG so that’s a no from them. Zaza, McGee, Green, West, Bell, Jones and Looney can all play center for GSW.

Also, 2nd round picks don’t hold much trade value to a team that’s willing to buy 2nd rounders when they like a player which GSW has done two off-seasons in a row.

This way they don’t have to buy them. Even rich guys like to save money, that’s how they got rich. And if you can improve your talent base without disrupting chemistry, you do it. But no matter. It’s not very likely a deal BC would offer.
