Really don't think the badgers are a top five team but with Penn st and tcu losing the badgers should be fourth. If they win out and play osu for the championship and win they should get a playoff spot. With their defense anything is possible

Where do you see us with the first playoff rankings coming out? I would guess Bama OSU & Georgia are all in the top 4 and I'm guessing they put Notre Dame & Clemson ahead of us too.
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

Penn State was horrible today. Barkley returned a kickoff for a TD, they recovered a fumble and returned it to the OSU 20 or something and they kicked away from Barkley and way overcommitted and a linebacker returned it to the OSU 25. They did pretty much nothing on offense and their defense couldn't stop OSU.

And there's not a chance we're in the top 4 in the first ranking. Pretty much every team in the top 10 has a better resumé than us, even with losses.

Penn State has road wins against Iowa and Northwestern and a home win against Michigan and their only losses is by 1 point on the road to a top 6 team.

Georgia is undefeated with a win at Notre Dame and no other game closer than 21 points.

TCU has a road win against Oklahoma State, another solid win against West Virginia, a 7 point road loss to a top 25 team and no game closer than 20.

Ohio State has a loss at home to a top 10 team, a win at home against the #2 team and no other game closer than 28 points.

Clemson has a home win against Auburn and road wins against Virginia Tech and Louisville (granted that Louisville win gets less impressive every week), their only loss is to an unranked Syracuse team but they were without their starting QB for a good portion of that game.

Miami is fools gold imo. No wins against ranked teams and their last 4 wins have come by a combined 18 points.

Notre Dame has 3 wins against ranked teams coming into today and their only loss is by 1 point against the soon to be #2 team in the country.

Oklahoma has the road win against Ohio State and their only loss is against a ranked team. They've looked vulnerable lately though, especially defensively.

I can't say the Badgers have a better resumé or have looked better than any of those teams despite being undefeated and while I'm sure they'll probably be ahead of a couple of them, I don't think they'll be any higher than 6th.

Hard to really judge this team this year. Never seems like we get out of 2nd gear unless we have to, like in Nebraska, or the Utah St beat down to name a few. Wonder how we'll do with a real test.

Badgers control their own destiny and really always have. If you win the Big 10 you deserve to be in.

We’ll be #9 or #10 in the first playoff ranking but control our own destiny.

The 1% chance of getting in with 1 loss went to 0.5% today with OSU winning.
