.5 seconds left on clock. I think it was Warren that Chandler came in for to stop a tip in or alley oop

darealjuice wrote:Good first half. This team destroyed us on our home court less than 2 weeks ago without their second best player, and we're giving them a tough fight right now on their court. Our defense needs to step in the second half, they had way too many open 3s in transition. Booker needs to do a better job passing out of the trap, and we need to do a better job countering it when he does get it out. This is a winnable game if we can do a better job closing out on shooters.

And off the same 3 point stutterstep that i was talking about when you tried to correct me.

He left Harkless open for 3.

Turnover machine.
Yeah, that's his biggest problem. I was going to mention maybe he could be like Harden but thought it might be premature. However, Harden turns it over a ton too...often has 7 or 8 so maybe that comp for the future isn't so far off with rose colored glasses.
The thing with Harden is he can get his shot, anywhere, anytime, all the time. You live with those turnovers when your player is unguardable. He is also usually the only ball handler they had on the floor, unless you count the occasional times Beverly brought it up. Same with Russ, they rely solely on 1 guy to do everything. Booker isnt that guy yet, dont think he ever will be. Harden and Russ are unguardable, one because of his handle, the other because of his athletic ability. I'd be happy if Booker ended up like Brandon Roy, can do it all, on and off the ball, not a PG, but can make the right pass, thats all we need from him.
