Been browsing Rox forum (Clutchcity). There's just a vibe of how Rox ideal team is current sixers. Harden-D12 similar with Ben-Biid. Or maybe they just a hangover of the Tmac-Yao era. Then there's the shooters, another playmaker with their wing and more frontcourt help. Anyway, good to see a fanbase appreciating our team.

Listened to collective Nba podcast. There's a vibe that LeBron greeted Lonzo with an underlying reason. He's going to play for LAL next season? My guess is for the national media to focus on Lonzo, and to not put pressure on him and the Cavs.

Simmons although KP stepped it up even more this season and balling out.

Thing is if we got KP... we never would have gotten Ben Simmons nor Fultz.

The process probably worked out for the better.

Porzingis isn't even having that great a year. He's only on a 1.1 VORP pace (extrapolating a 2200 minute season).

Which is basically the same level of play he's been on his entire career.

15-16: 1.1 VORP
16-17: 1.2 VORP
17-18 projected: 1.1 VORP

Ben Simmons is on a 3.6 VORP pace....as a rookie. That's some Blake Griffin, Karl-Anthony Towns, Jokic caliber rookie season. He's trending to superstardom. He's on another whole tier than Porzingis.

Yeah, I like Kristaps and all, but if you give a highly skilled player a 35% usage, it's not hard to average nearly 30 a game.

With that offensive workload, his barely passable defense in the first place has become reprehensible.

So the tradeoff is that he's still the same 1.1ish VORP player, just impacting the game more extremely on the offensive end.

He's generated one tenth of a value point through 204 minutes. So I just divided those two and then multiplied by 2200 (a speculated minute total).

I think you’re being a little unfair to KP. This may be one of the few instances where stats may not tell the whole story. I think KP has played at least in the top 25 best player’s in the league so far. He’s putting in mad work.

I invite you to compare their BPMs

What are the they for both? Also do you know what it was for KP as a rookie?

BPM 7 games into the season smh.

BBR openly admits that DBPM doesn't mean a whole lot. I'm not sure when it suddenly became such an en vogue stat.

What does this mean? Box Plus/Minus is good at measuring offense and solid overall, but the defensive numbers in particular should not be considered definitive

Anyone know when ESPN usually releases RPM?
2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:

Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Edgecombe/Grimes/Gordon
George/Oubre/Edwards
Barlow/Watford/Walker
Embiid/Bona/Drummond/Broome

He's carrying a bad offense, but he shouldn't get bonus points for sympathy. He's generating value at the same mediocre pace he has since entering the league. He's just impacting more on offense and less on defense.

I think it came out close to 3 weeks before the All-Star break last season.

I think Lebron is considering the Lakers but with Lonzo going bust. Ingram not looking good. Why would he join there at age 33 he would be threatening his legacy.

George even more so because he is trying to build one. I don't see it.

Agree with this. The Lebron to LA is BS. He has a much easier road staying in the East.

I think had Lonzo been a superstar and Ingram showed himself to be a good player maybe.

Lonzo has shown good things. I don't know why people say he's a bust. Lonzo has played pretty well.
