Ok, it's time you aknowledge an issue, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and other countries in northern europe have a huge number of "stray dogs" roaming trough their cities, that's a problem and Ukraine Governent was thinking about mass murdering the dogs back in 2011 before Euro 2012. The activists protested so they dropped the plan in favor of something more "animal friendly" because eventually the UEFA would have canceled the manifestation.

Now the meaning of "Porzingis kills dogs with his bare hands" was a pure exaggeration meaning he is tougher because Latvian guy are so used to face adversities (and this is one of that) that they need to be tougher. Is not that KP goes around strangling puppies.
