The team is winning with their young core. They are focused on winning. They are not going to sit Booker, Warren, Bender or Chriss to try and lose.
I don't think there is any way we will end up being as bad as Sacramento, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta and probably LAL, Brooklyn and NY and maybe a couple of others, so getting that top 4-5 pick isn't extremely likely anyway unless we jump to top 3 which would obviously be nice.

I seriously doubt it. They will likely get IT back in January, and all they really have to do is make the playoffs. I don't think their GM is dumb enough to trade that pick unless LeBron says he is going back which appears highly unlikely.
I don't even think Bledsoe would make them that much better. He doesn't really complement LeBron well. They need shooters.

I'm talking about the fans and possibly McD who is looking forward to super talented 2018 draft. That's why removing our ability to affect our own draft pick would help us focus on winning.

It's in both party's best interest to go for one last run. You know damn well Lebron's gonna have a whinge if they aren't sitting comofrtably at the top of the East (even though it that doesn't really matter) and he's gonna get his way even if it means throwing the front office under the bus. They could definitely look to do something drastic. It might not be for Bledsoe, it might be for someone else but I think it's a legit possibility they try to bolster their team before going into the playoffs.

Of course. TT is making $16 mil plus per year with a 9.5 PER.

I don't think the league would allow an owner to move the franchise from Phoenix. Don't all the other owners have to agree on a sale before it's approved by the league? Regardless, even if Sarver wanted to spite the fans, I don't think he'd try selling it to someone that wanted to move the team or purposely not sell to someone that loves the city and state.
I remember a while back there was talk of a group of former Suns players that expressed the desire of purchasing/owning the team. Wouldn't that be amazing? At this point, I'll take just about anyone not named Sarver.
I think it was hard to find a new owner with Sarver when the price was $400K. A bunch of players don't have a combined $2 billion. I don't know how many people in the Phx area even have that kind of money. Obviously you could finance most of the purchase but it's still going to take someone extremely rich. You don't want another Microsoft guy coming along to buy it.

But when you are playing with young guys you want them to play well because it proves they are solid picks and part of the future of a team that shows it can win, even as 20-21 year olds. Bender still 19 but turns 20 in a couple weeks.
The main thing I've been rooting for over the past few years is that our young guys get the opportunity to play a lot. The fact that they are makes me happy. If the young guys come together and play better than I expected, that a great thing.
I would feel differently if we were still winning with Tucker playing 35 minutes or even the way Bledsoe used to play and would pull out a game, or any older guys who don't figure to be part of the future. I know we still play Chandler but that's partly out of necessity right now with Williams out and it's probably in some respect helping the young guys stay grounded.
Of course I'd love to get Doncic, Bagley or Ayton. Or even Porter. There are other good players too outside of Bamba. Of course some of these guys seem like they will be all stars, but what's going to happen is going to happen.
There are very few fans here hoping our players play poorly.

I wouldn't want our players to play to lose. If we're worried that we'll be too good and I've read that on this board then the way to alleviate those concerns and it's what I think the Suns should do, is to move use Bledsoe as part of a pick swap. That's all I'm saying.

You wouldn't be. You would be betting for them to make the playoffs. I would be betting against it, but for their long-term future because I want a high pick, and I know that teams this young don't win consistently enough in this NBA to make the playoffs, particularly in the western conference that just added basically every legitimate all star.
Yeah, my bad, I wanted to give you an advise.
It is more fun to enjoy a lot of wins this season IMO.
I would rather be at a point where I thought the team was ready to be ultimately competitive, and thus rooting for wins again. I just don't honestly believe they are, and I think this season is particularly important to lose because other tanking teams are going to start winning (MN, Philly). It gives us a good opportunity to catch up in the talent war among the young teams. My hope is a top 5 pick this year, trade Bled for more picks, play to our strengths as drafters and keep said picks unless somebody like Porzingis became available, and start winning next year so that we can attract FA's the following offseason.
My rooting interests are built around that ideal. Unfortunately, that means us losing right now.

Bob Parson, founder of GoDaddy would be perfect.
I don't see the franchise moving. Colangelo wouldn't let that happen. I could also see a new arena and some public funding if a new owner is willing to make some concessions with the Yotes.
Sarver selling would be the best thing possible for this franchise.
