Very disappointed. Nat hitters except for Michael Taylor totally choked and Baker is the scapegoat.

You have to ask yourself. Is this Doug Collins to Phil Jackson? Or Marty Shottenheimer to Steve Spurrier?

My gut reaction is a lot more of the later vs the former. Dusty was at least a Doug Collins level manager, it is quite possible the replacement could be at a Spurrier(in the pros) level.

I think I prefer Martinez.

Girard strikes me as difficult to deal with.

He has issues with management several times.
