Burns and Gambo just reported that in a survey of NBA players the Suns rank dead last when asked what team you would like to be traded to.
This Bledsoe situation matters. We need to move on from it.

As far as Bledsoe goes, the Denver trades that dont include Juancho are complete trash. We need a distributor and/or defender. Bradley, French Frank, ect. I trust McD to get value out of Bledsoe...
And the DEN trades that INCLUDE Hernangomez are laughable, just not happening except in your dreams

I bet that list of teams that players dont want to be traded to is sorted out by location and success in the last few years...
Suns have sucked in the last near decade and full of young players... understandable.

Jackson is producing better at 16/4/6 but he's doing that as a starter...and btw, he's paid 4X what Mudiay is being paid, is a malcontent and disruptive to his team chemistry !!! Call it what you will but it stinks regardless
Research is SO overrated! Who wants to make a conclusion based on facts when you can create a hypothesis based on assumptions?
I got you, I think your missing my point though. I think you also missed were I called it wishful thinking?
Eric Bledsoe for Mundiay, a bad cotract and a 1st roud pick (obviously protected).
Questio: I didt make this rumor up, do you thik this is horrificm Borderlie horrific? Or just bad?
Btw, i would have take a flier o Mundiay eve before his recet play!
You are putting a straNge amout of effort into these posts.
Lmao!!! Not quite the da vinci code, but you cracked it! ...in fact, one might say you put a strange amount of effort in your response!

Here's my view of the trade. First, with Mudiay and Murray for that matter playing well, we really don't have the need for a PG, whether it be Bledsoe or Jackson (UGGH !!). Both cost more and if we traded for either, they'd want to start over Murray which would hinder his development IMO. Realistically, we are no longer good trading partners or in need of a PG upgrade.
Secondly, seeing how much better PHX is playing without Bledsoe kinda raises red flags to me, would he affect the chemistry like he apparently has in PHX, plus he really hasn't made a big impact on the Suns since Dragic has left....
Last, you underestimate the value of Faried. While most of RealGMers see him as a bad contract (since when is $12M bad in this salary cap age ??) or a bad player, he is a high energy, impactful rebounder guy who's defense is improving. He is what he is, but Robert Horry was the same type of impact guy, just better off the bench than as a starter yet he had good value.
Call me a homer, but that's the way I see it. And thanks for notifying me of the Sig grammar, don't know why I never caught that.
Ah, as far as the sig grammar, you know im just having fun and not being malicious.
For the record, i think some people gave up on Mudiay way too quick, i think the same is happening with Okafor now...im not suggesting theyll play up to their lottery expectations, but i think theres a great chance theyll play better than their current market value.
You may be right, but my wishful trade scenario was based on a trade rumor that appeared to have some possible weight behind it based on how common it was (but who knows and everyday is a new set of circumstances). If that rumor, which i didnt creat, did have weight in terms of bledsoe for mudiay, faried and a draft pick. I agree bledsoe is a little better than reggie jackson, but if the bledsoe trade had any truth to it, the difference between bledsoe and reggie may be enough to make it a bad trade, but not a horrific inthinkable scenario. Again, that idea was admittingly wishful and based on if the bledsoe rumor had any merit what so ever with the Nuggets front office...that i have no idea.

Yea, a roleplayer PROSPECT<key words here> for an all-star in his prime on a great contract. We got two firsts for Dragic and 1 for Keiff...laugh all you want, ain't getting Bled w/o a high pick and or your all NBA super all star prospect.

Do Nuggets fans think that Juancho Hernangomez is the next big thing in the NBA or something?
Only reason I like him is because compared to the rest of the Nuggets tradable prospects, he's the best "prospect". On the Suns, he would be Iike our 4th or 5th best prospect.

Does the methodology really matter? It's one more piece of evidence that this organization is run poorly and has a bad reputation around the league.

Simmons, Kuzma, Mitchell, Markannen, Collins, Tatum, and even Fox & Smith Jr have all produced more for their respective squads than Jackson has for his thus far.
I really liked Markannen and would've loved to see a starting 5 of
James
Booker
Warren
Bender
Markannen
Bender would make up for Markannen's defensive shortcomings and we would have amazing spacing with adequate defense and rebounding.
I'm not giving up on Jackson or even close to it but it feels a bit underwhelming to see all these other rookie SFs and PFs have big games while ours...isn't.
All those players are in a different (and "better for stats") situation than JJ. Noone would have taken them at 4 with JJ on board.
We did the right thing, and it will turn out right, as he will be better overall player than most all of those guys. I'm positive.
Jackson is coming along just fine; he's actually better than I expected. We're 8 games into the season, so making any judgments now, really, is making a judgment based upon having less than 10% of the evidence (8 gms of an 82 gm season). Those that have started out gangbusters are likely to revert somewhat, as well.
Case in point, the below Trade Scenario for us on this post...Dejounte Murray. Started out his 1st 3 games 13.3 Pts, 4.7 Asst, 9.7 TRB, and shooting 57%. Since then?? Yeah, not so much, but still someone we should target, and the Spurs might bite.
http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y7ypdvec
Bledsoe/Chriss for D. Murray/Parker/2018 1st
Parker is expiring, and if we trade for him now, like RIGHT now, he will be trade-able again before the deadline, right? If not, no worries. Murray gets us what we need; a PG of the future...hopefully.
Not sure if Parker has a No Trade clause, or if the Spurs would feel 'obligated' to keep him through his career, or not, but if so, we could work out the money some other way, but Bledsoe puts them right back on track, and for a much longer period than Parker will be available...basically, another 6-8 seasons.

I just don't understand how they can rank all of the teams by asking players what team they would like to be traded to.

Danny Leroux and Nate Duncan think he's better than Bender and Chriss.
I haven't seen him play so I don't have any basis as to whether that's crazy or actually right.

Some will probably think its Warren that is affecting Jackson... But eye test wise it's the PGs that has affected Jackson the most. Ulis, Bledsoe and James are using him as a finisher... I think he's a play maker.
You and I are on the same page.. plus a trillion. He can get to the hoop better than anyone on the team. When he doesn't finish, it's because of weak-side help, not the on ball defender. When he has and ok shot.....it's over.
