GT: Hornets vs. Spurs

Post#1 » by Nolan » Fri Nov 3, 2017 4:22 pm

When: Nov 3, 2017
Where: AT&T Center, San Antonio TX

Going to be another tough one for us tonight. Yes the Hornets are without Batum but Kemba has been pretty amazing to start the season and stopping him is going to be the key to this one.

Go Spurs!!

Yes, this is an important one before the losing streak gets out of hand. We dont need as much scoring tonight as we did last night which obviously we couldnt handle for 48 minutes. Tonight if we play decent defense and keep Kemba from going nuts we should be ok.

They have Dwight Howard so thats an advantage for us.

Spurs bench tonight! Outscored Hornets bench 64-16. Great games for Forbes, Gay, and Mills (3s found their way in).

Congrats to Manu on his 1,000th game as a Spur, joining Duncan and Parker in the record.

Congrats also to Pop for win 1,155, tying Pjax for sixth all-time. He'll pass George Karl for fifth this year (fingers crossed to counter any jinx) almost a whole decade sooner.
