Len can't put the ball on the floor without staring it down the entire time like a ball pedophile. Even with his back to the basket dribbling back centimeters at a time he still locks onto the ball. I think this is one of the many reason's hes so terrible in the post.

The guy just isn't smooth. Offense doesn't come naturally to him. He's so mechanical and he's got terrible fundamentals. I cringe every time he has the ball in his hands if he isn't already rolling to the basket
