Doesn't change the fact that our bench is a dumpster fire.

thats almost exactly what it does

Yeah, not understanding how it doesn't help the bench. Brogdon or Snell will move to the bench and then you get Jabari Parker too add in January. You also don't have to play Delly anymore and Monroe hasn't been the same Monroe of last season.

More play making. More athleticism. Considering all the proposed Bledsoe deals since the "I don't want to be here" tweet, I can't believe more folks aren't downright giddy it only cost Monroe and a 1st, protected or not.

Yes, we still need to make another move or two. Yes, our cap situation is up in the air. But this was a step in the right direction. Hopefully Bledsoe is really, really excited about this trade. We need the best version of him. He's currently healthy and in his prime. No excuses.

I'm fine with it being unprotected. Cost of doing business to get an impact player. But if there's something like top seven-ten protection?

****, that'd be amazing.

I'd be surprised if there was a protection.

I was hoping we would be able to trade out a crappy salary (Telly/Delly) for Chandler as well. That would bolster a now horrifying C rotation.

But I'm pleased as punch. As long as we have top 5 protection on the pick this is a great deal for us. It definitely causes financial issues down the road but I guess we will cross that bridge when we get there.

With Giannis I don't see us in the lottery in the East for a long time so how is this risky??

Presumably he's saying if Giannis gets hurt.

Ahhh. Got it. Hate to even think about that. Keep it out of my thoughts.

Wow! I was going to say, who was the a$$ who made a poll that made it look like we actually traded for Bledsoe.

We actually traded for Bledsoe. Pretty shocked.... And we didn't give up our core. Even more shocked.

So, wherer’s that trade about Moose, Delly, Vaughn and 1st for Bleddy and Chandler? I like that one a lot of there’s some type of pick protection.

It'll be nice to have a PG who can consistently beat people off the dribble. This will the rest of the offense easier buckets, too.

I know he's had his moments, but I don't really think he's that good of a creator off the dribble. I think he'll move pretty seamlessly to the SG spot.

He already thrives playing off-ball. This trade doesn't really change anything.

I think we get a highly motivated Bledsoe.

Even without a top 5 protection, it's a beauty of a trade unless Giannis goes down, which would mean we're all going to be suicidal anyways so idgaf.
