Eric Bledsoe had the greatest wingspan in relation to height among the guards. His wingspan (6'7.5) is 7 1/4 inches longer than his barefoot height (6'0.25).

Good luck defending that.

Now we are in the ultimate "Does coaching matter more than talent?" scenario.

The offense should be pretty tough to defend now. Worried about rebounding and the impact on D and ability to run.

Expirings are hugely valuable this season with certain teams (LA, for example) trying to get under the cap to sign certain LeBron-George type players.
Amos Barshad: "So you got a job, a place to live, a license? What’s left?"

Giannis: “Nothing. Just get a ring now.”

Parker and Bledsoe can share knee rehab stories. Maybe bring in Redd to mentor both of them.

HAHAHAHA.

Yep

I don't know how much of an asset a lottery protected 1st is? Not trying to see anymore DJ Wilsons on the team...

You're in the wrong place to be criticizing the value of a mid-to-late teens draft pick!

I also like the trade, but the salary situation moving forward is brutal and the team still doesn't even have a starting caliber center. Monroe was easily the best center on the roster despite that not being the case so far this year due to his injury. If they have to use more picks to dump salary, that hurts long term even if they've appeared to have blown the last few 1st rounders since solid players on rookie contracts are so valuable. Plus, Bledsoe's contract is up after next year, and I definitely don't want to be the team handing him a massive deal heading into his 30's.

It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

My only concerns are that the Henson-Delly-Telly trif*cta are still here and we lost last season's most reliable center. I love the addition of Bledsoe (hope it works please please please)

Fire Kidd

If Bledsoe has the impact you suspect he will, all three of those should play better next to a talent like Bledsoe.

The only really bad part about this move is that it just gave Kidd an even longer leash.

It's a good risk/reward trade. If Bledsoe stays healthy, it should be a real win. The Bucks also get high value return for the Moose, before his contract is done this summer. There's still time to work through some of the larger salary cap issues as well. I like it.

you'll have expiring deals in Henson, Delly, and Telly.... That's the long-term.

Yeah next year would be the year to worry about. After that, Bledsoe, Khris, and Telly are all off the books. I guess if they are repeat offenders they should be worried but can't worry about that now.

That's when Bledsoe and Middleton are up for near max contracts and Jabari may already be on a max depending on how he plays this season. After that, how do we maintain depth?

Clippers fancy themselves as playoff contenders. I don't think they make that move for a pending RFA with a bad knee.

With how heavy Giannis has been focused in the paint so far this year, have to think his C mins are going to drastically go up. And really it's probably for the best.
