I'd be curious whether Suki can help out Bledsoe's knees moving forward too.

Bledsoe has more or less been healthy for awhile now. His knees are, and always will be, a concern but it's not like he's Jabari.

Giannis at center, just needs to avoid foul trouble wrestling away from the ball

I sure hope we have someone in the locker room strong enough to not let Bledsoe take over.
If he hates Phoenix, it sure will be interesting what he thinks of Milwaukee in January.
That being said, it was most likely a risk worth taking.

As long as he smells the leaves for a week of a Wisconsin fall he should bank that memory and love it here. Someone take him for a walk on the ice age trail, a cone at Kopps, a bike ride along the lake before it's too cold.

Don't forget the river! Get him in a kayak or Edelweiss cruise!

I hate to put a damper on this mutual pud-pulling party, but I still don't see what this has to do with Conley or Ramon.

Monroe and a first was the only trade I was willing to consider.

Given that this hurts our Cap situation and specifically Parker, I am worried.

From a talent perspective this is good for us.

We knew the terms of the deal by like page 5 or 6 so not too much of that if you start shortly after that.

Bill Burr just went on a big rant about how much he loves Milwaukee, so there's that. Says the Pfister is his favorite hotel.
"You could have shot The Shining there, and I mean that in a good way."
"I cannot say enough good things about that city."

Voted "Like it" instead of "Love it" because every time I see Bledsoe play I ask myself, "Why do people like this guy?" Granted I only see him play a couple times a year, and on paper this is a slam dunk trade, but I'll remain cautiously optimistic, instead of throwing-my-panties-on-stage excited, until I regularly watch Eric Bledsoe play basketball for my favorite team. It was, however, a no brainer move from the Bucks' perspective.

Read the Suns board. More entertaining. Most are upset they didn't get two #1's or a real player.

I believe Bledsoe has had multiple knee surgeries on meniscus. No tendons as I’ve seen. Inject some stem cells in there and he’s fine; meniscus can be regrown. I’m excited as hell. I hope he can be a positive on defense; why couldn’t he be? Let’s do this!!!!
I admit to being a terrible judge of talent and having minimal knowledge of the game of basketball.

Hopefully Bledsoe has a Sam Casell like effect catalyzing team wide improvement too.

I voted for didn't like it. Not because it is a bad deal, but I don't think it was the deal the Bucks needed to make. Trading a sluggish, mystery injury-ridden Monroe for a pouty, injury-prone scoring guard is an upgrade. The draft pick looks like it won't matter. The issue is that the Bucks interior defense sucks and they are dead last in the league in offensive rebounding percentage by a wide margin. So they got worse at what they were bad at and they only have so many assets to work with.

Y'all want Kanter? I think KOQ would fit your team perfectly (finished write-up on him, just putting final touches on article) if we decide to trade him - WHICH is up in air because I've heard that we want him back, it all depends on price. Not sure how a KOQ deal would work, but I think (with the Bledsoe addition and assuming Parker comes back and is effective) the team could be more than just an ECF contending team and a legit finals contending team from the east.

KOQ would be an awesome pickup, would complete the team. I’ve only seen a couple of Knicks games this year but was super impressed during the Denver game. Maybe I caught him on a great night? But yeah no clue what his value is right now.

I like it if he comes off the bench. Which he isn't so I don't like it. We still don't have someone who can create for the 2nd unit and our spacing is going to be lowered because Eric can't shoot 3s.

My money's on Nowak. He really wants Thon gone.

I voted I liked the deal. We desperately needed someone dynamic on the perimeter. For the realistic options out there at PG he really was the best option. Can't go to war in the playoffs with Brogdon/Delly in the playoffs.

With that said, I was one of the few Monroe supporters on here, so it stings having to let him go and be left with Henson/Thon at center. We just used our best 2 best trade assets - first round pick and Monroe. This is our team now. Hopefully it is enough to win a playoff series - which is all I care about at this point.

And yes I really want Thon gone. Trades aside... if I had to choose to keep him on the team or not. I would cut him.

I really wonder what they could have gotten if McDonough hadn't dragged Bledsoe in the press.
