I hope you are ready for his bi-annual injury. Although his knees were fine last season, and got that extra rest when we were tanking -I'm just not sure about your medical team / training staff, they seem to have trouble with Jabaris knees as well.

That's news to me about the Bucks medical team. Last I heard was the typical optimistic stuff on Parker. http://rotoworld.com/player/nba/2285/jabari-parker

?

I wasn't dissing them, as I haven't really followed all that closely. I only know that Jabari has had 2 knee injuries while playing for you. Now that might be just bad luck, and his recovery is on track (wish him the best, as I like him), but I wouldn't be overconfident with Bledsoes knees after this. As for his athletic abilities - he might have lost a tiny bounce and quickness, but he is still up there, no problems with that, if healthy and gives a phuck.

Got it - thanks guys. I don't know how long Phoenix will keep Monroe, but he's a good player who took a lot more grief than he should have.

Long term is always a risk but when healthy, which he is right now, I don't think he's really lost much if any of his athleticism.

Bledsoe's problem is that he is a ball hog at times. Yes, he is a candidate for injury at any moment. But, thanks to the Suns, he has had lots of rest over the past year.

Didn't we acquire Bledsoe for Jared Dudley in a second round pick?

And the Bucks signed and traded JJ Redick in the same deal and they got 2nds from us and the Clips. Earlier in the season they had traded their new draft pick Tobias Harris for Redick.

I was kind of surprised we ended up in with Bledsoe in that transaction. Clips must have really wanted Dudley or the Bucks didn't want Bledsoe. Funny thing is Dudley ends up not working out in LA and ends up on the Bucks. Then leaves to sign with us.

I wanted to trade Bledsoe straight up for Monroe 3 years ago when they both were RFA's and holding out. LOL.

I like Monroe as our 4 next to Tyson. Make the young guys earn minutes. He's still a starting caliber 4 which Chriss is not.

If only we had a way to snag a starting caliber 1, we might actually be able to win some ball games.

I don't like the idea Monroe being 4. He should be 5.

Monroe is most definitely a 5 and only a 5

For a lot of us Bucks fans, we were excited that Monroe chose to come to MKE. It's never been a high-destination city for "big name" free agents. His first year, was a mixed bag - very lazy on defense, etc. But last season coming off the bench, he played very well in that role. That said, I've read a few reports that Monroe may not even play for the Suns, so it's too early to speculate. That said, overall, I liked him, even though he does have his flaws on the court, he can help finish games off.

Dragic, Thomas, Morris, Knight, Bledsoe since 2015.

(If Knight was movable for pick 60 he'd be gone)

I wonder who's next.

Doing quick bad trade instead of waiting for a better offer is not McD style. He would rather keep disgruntled player few months even risking ruining team chemistry (Keef, Dragic, IT).
So he probably think that waiting any longer wouldn't give him any better offers. I'm sure he talked with other GMs about Bledsoe trades many times before. He may simply know that Bledsoe's value isn't high for some reason.

Booker in terms of disgruntled player.

But in terms of just trade, I think Monroe and Chandler are on their way out eventually.

Bledsoe is extremely talented, and yes, as someone else stated, he is a borderline All-Star. If he ends up being motivated to play for the Bucks, and he should be with Giannis, Middleton, Snell, and when healthy, Parker.

Bledsoe / Snell / Middleton / Giannis /Maker

That's a nice lineup. The Bucks just got instantly better, and think you will retain your pick until 2020, when it will finally convey to us because it's between 8-30. The next two years, the Buck will most assuredly be a playoff team.

And Bledsoe allows Brogdon to play the majority of his minutes at the 2 - like he did at UVA. I think they still need an upgrade at center - someone who rebounds as well as defends - someone like Chandler.

Chandler is a really great defender. One of the bests.

Hey man, all bull **** aside, is Monroe the best big on our roster?! I think he is and we should ride him like a horse until we get rid of him! A low post, scoring double team drawing big who opens up shots for guys like Booker. (hypothetically)

In hindsight, you guys probably should have snagged Kyrie for Bledsoe and Jackson.
