He was a huge reason for our success. Hoping Bledsoe opens up the offense for everyone. There should be a ton of open looks for Snell and Middleton now. Just need to find a defensive minded center that can rebound the ball. I'd package Jabari, Delly, Henson, Telly or Vaughn in some combination for whatever big we could get.
For whatever reason he was awful this year, dont think we will miss him on the court one bit.

I think Monroes problem is that he only has half the skillset of an oldschool big: he can get you some buckets and some boards but he can't jump, he can't protect the rim, he can't catch a lob, can't defend the PnR.
Need to add the most important thing. He can't convert bunnies. Part of that ties into the fact he can't jump to slam the ball.
Had Monroe made 2 more bunnies per game on missed attempts he'd still be here IMO. And starting.

Can't rebound the ball anyways, run our version of a death lineup.

Snell seems also more insecure and benching him would probably influence his game.

His career FG is 44%. So yes he theoretically will shoot better than 40% on the Bucks. I just see him as more a chucker here in Kidd's offense and think people will get frustrated with that aspect of his game.
Where I think people will be pleasantly surprised is his passing. He does a lot of creating that we haven't seen around these parts in awhile.
Eh, disagree. Bledsoe has never been what I would classify as a chucker and I don't suddenly see him becoming one just because he's changing scenery.
Under any and all circumstances he should be canned

True, but again, there will be problems with him playing center full-time. 20 minutes a game? Sure. But we need a man-sized center on this roster.

That's the exact line of thinking I take issue with.
Giannis is 7' and strong as hell. The lack of physicality in the NBA these days is increasing. Monroe is one of the few guys I'd take issue with him guarding because I'd be concerned about foul trouble. But there are no back to the basket centers left.
The only argument not to play Giannis at center would be due to his fantastic defense. But I see that as moot too, because he can play off ball a lot more in a center role which is great for our defense too. At least it's a major upgrade over Henson and Thon.

I thought Horst acquitted himself pretty well in that interview all things considered.
