I was looking at tickets for the return trip to Detroit on Stubhub and they were still really pricey even with the smaller crowds. No resale market in Detroit or do they drop closer to the game?

They don't drop or at least not significantly even with the abysmal turnouts.

Marketing & Sales messed up, as usual.

Thanks for the info.

We've also only had 6 home games at the new arena so far, so probably still early to predict what the secondary market will be like. Tickets at The Palace were super cheap to buy right before the game, at least the past few years when we were bad.

Fans are gonna start showing up more if we keep winning, I guess the question is does that mean fewer tickets on stubhub, or if more people are buying first hand tickets, maybe there'll be a larger amount on stubhub too? Either way, I'd wait and see how things start to play out. I'd guess a lot of the stubhub tickets are from season ticket holders usually, so doubtful there'd be an influx of those.
