sucks russell is out... he is our closer. need him for big shot situations like this.

and this is what happens. LeVert turned the ball over. :banghead:

I'd hope the people who keep giving Russell **** on here after every game understand now what the deal is. we need this kid in our line up. tired of the russell haters honestly.

edit: nice, LeVert made up for that TO. Down 6 with time left.

I think we win if Dinwiddie plays. And full squad, definitely win. Though, they don't have Gobert.

Tough loss but alot of great signs tonite...

-came back from down 18.,, had several chances to roll over but made it a close game late
-Russell played great. efficient scoring, looked to move the ball, decent defense
-RHJ was solid on both ends. 38 mintues last night and second game of a back to back brought tons of energy. 11-12 FTs
-Booker looked really good first game back from injury
-Carroll bounced back with a solid second half
-whitehead look good considering the circumstances... some solid drives to the hoop

Levet needs to start hitting shots. string together some solid games. its clear teams are playing him to shoot. he needs to make them honest. D effort is there which is good.

Crabbe 4 points on 2-8 shooting. we can live with off nights but he needs to provide more offense. he cant just be window dressing taking open jumpers. needs to be out there as a threat.

the Kid who always made the right plays last season suddenly became a boneheaded one...

Somehow Whitehead becomes the starting PG once again.

Unbelievable. You can’t make this stuff up sometimes.

we fought hard but this is what we should expect against teams that compete defensively and play physical. we need to hit our shots, make smarter passes, and hit open looks. that's aside from playing defense.

confidence in his shot isnt there... he is looking to drive because of that i think. forcing it a bit. no rythm. its still early. needs to hit some jumpers and gain confidence... make Ds honest.

there is tape on him now. scouting. teams will make him prove he can shoot

Good game I turned it off in the 2nd quarter and came back for the 4th. Too many turnovers (17) but they fought till the end.

It wouldn't be a bad move to send him down to LI and work on that shot he looks lost out there.

Sophomore slump plus just trying to do too much. I still think he'll improve deeper into the season. But, yeah, he looks like a very young player now and not like the mature player he did last season.

Great fight. Got back into with a legit shot to win after down 18.

Just too many missed chances, ball rolling out of the rim so many times on good looks close to the basket & it seemed after almost everyone, Utah came back down and converted.

Hope DLo is alright. Sucks he couldn't be out there to close.

& the big man, big game vs us trend continues. It wasn't a career night for Favors, but the last time he had this many points in a game was 2 seasons ago.
