We've got some seriously giant holes at the PG and C positions. Good thing for us is, there's good options at the 5 in the upcoming draft and decent PG's aren't too difficult to come by. Losing sucks, especially to LA, but I think we need to realise what a competent, not a star just competent, PG and C could do for this team.

Final 6 minutes tied 81-81.

From there Booker took 8 shots, Warren only 2.

We got into winning positions by having both options by the end Booker was shooting contested jumpers over multiple defenders.

I think we just need to find a serviceable vet PG (maybe late 20s in age) and see what we have in Monroe, then reassess at the end of the year. Monroe could be good to keep around.

The bench minus Bender and no real floor general cost us this game

If they could just reprogram his brain to make quick decisions and move the ball or catch and shoot it without his foot on the 3 pt line, he could be good. He just has that problem of driving into traffic and then wondering why he is surrounded by 3 defenders and then passing to one of them.

I also think Booker hates the Lakers. Maybe he IS a Sun for life.

Yeah, we need to quit signing these guys from overseas....Weems, Mike James...these guys were not in the NBA for a reason McD. Should have just signed Cory Joseph or something.

Mike James is beating Brandon Knight's last season in 2PT%, 3PT% and Assists.

So basically Knight was a worse shooter and passer.

He probably hates that their fans take over our arena

He has actually put up some pretty good numbers. Often when I look at the box score after the game it appears he had a good game, but watching it seems he plays more for himself than for the team.

Moose makes a difference in this game.

But yeah, we still need a pass first starting PG.

I wonder if we could swing a trade for Dennis Schroder. The Hawks are basically giving away everybody

Thats because defenders we slacking off of Ulis/Chandler/Bender and to a point Warren himself because they were not even close to being a threat.

The best thing about recent games is that we now have an identity with Booker and Warren as 1-2 scoring threats.

The other support roles can be developed.

As I said earlier one of Booker and TJ need to be on the floor at all times and the offense needs to run through whoever is on at that time.

Also 28% 3-pt shooting team shot 26/59 (44%) against us in 2 games. Even though our 3-pt defense is bad, when guys like Brewer and Randle are hitting them not much you can do.

i like your broadcasting crew. Tom Chambers in the studio is a bonus to a good play by play and color combo.

But Chambers, seriously I always remember Tom having the most unstoppable dunk in this game:

No, Jackson's not hesitant like Knight...he is confidently out of control on offense.
