Just my opinion but some dirty work players can't handle real pressure games and I think we have a couple.

He has come up big in big minutes defensively but he's a big unknown too. Can do something very helpful or do something very bad.

Bron definitely looks small on the one hand. On the other, he came in and won after a heated debate lol. If the Knicks wanted that not to happen, then Horny could have been on his guys making sure they played smart and hard and chewing them out. Get up and coach like nothing is safe, because ummm, nothing is safe in the NBA.

We got fortunate to come back from pretty big deficits in 2 games at home and then we lost 1 really big lead at home.

Obviously you take the 2-1 record in big swings, but still. Last night was obviously winnable. Cavs looked so so bad for 3 quarters. Really bad.

And in the end, KP is only 22. Who knows if he'll be great -- something tells me not a dominant scorer but who cares if he plays D like he has been. And he's getting better as a passer too. Rebounding is a problem but should be okay if we keep Kanter (there I said it) or even Willy who is similarly rugged under the boards.

If the Knicks and KP don't want Bron to taunt them, then close the deal last night. At some point, maybe not now because he's only 22, KP will have to step up and say No, you're not coming back. I'm better, I'm finishing this off. Stepping up is what great players do and KP has done that this year in droves. Just not last night.
