Honestly not in panic mode, yet. But, this was the Waiters I hated at the beginning of last season. Honestly, hes the guy who has the ball the most and has a pedestrian ast/tov. If someone had to go,I vote him.

Re: MIAMI HEATS V. WASHEDINGTON WIZ. NOV. 15, 7:30 PM EST
Spo for all his good qualities, does frustrate the hell out of me when he gets the simple things wrong....
We had a well defined team with very well defined roles last year right?... then how hard is it to replace Babitt and Mcgruder.... all Spo gotta do is put Olynyk in Babitts place in the starting lineup (he is an excellent 3pt shooter who cant be left open, better PnR defender than Babitt and a very good passer).... In essence Olynyk is supposed to be the upgraded version of Babitt and is getting paid as such, yet being used as a backup C..... Winslow can easily do the Mcgruder role, he has high IQ and can cut and do all the hustle plays....
Hasan, Dion, Goran, Olynyk and Winslow should be the starting 5...
In the second unit, Bam (like Reed last year) must play every single minute that Hasan is not out there, simple as that.... we are getting killed in the interior with Olynyk as a center (whereas he is a 7 foot PF in reality).... give the ball in JJ's hand, let him run PnR with Bam and surround these guys with three shooters (Ellington, TJ and Jrich)..... problem solved
If this means some minute reduction for Jrich, TJ, etc. for a 10 man rotation, then so be it..... Dont know why Spo is making a mountain out of a molehill... He already had the template from last year, yet wasting time reinventing the wheel...
p.s. I am not good in making avatars, can someone give me one... thanks

The easiest way I've found to do avatars, Lets, is to create an imgur account. Upload an image you like as a jpg and then choose it as a small square format:

LET'S DO THIS GODAMMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111
I find it simply amazing that we have almost the exact same roster from last year yet our biggest issues are chemistry, schemes, lineup changes and roles.
WTF is this coach doing with his free time?!? Just watch last's season tapes!

As it pertains to roster, Spo's just putting up a good effort in trying to avoid playing Winslow at the 3, Winslow's kinda' the center of this. Since none of the non-Winslow line-ups have done well, we'll probably be looking at this for a while
Inconsistencies are hurting as well, if not more than the poor roster construct... But when you play guys out of position for no reason...?
You see your bouy Hezonja? Looking better everyday. I mean he sucks, but yea
Maybe we could get him for an exception next year or for McGruder this yr

Wizards are the definition of fake contnder team. They ain't smart or great in any sense. If we can't beat these type of teams at home we're the definition of mediocre treadmill.
