Iden and Del being Rey's parents? Del Rey books, Del and Rey, damn it, if she's not a Skywalker I think I may actually be done with the Saga films and would think them just as bad as the prequels.

However I've always had a feeling that she's connected to or is somehow the reincarnation of Darth Vader based on the scene from Force Awakens where she starts tripping out after she touches the light saber and sees visions from Cloud City. How would she even know about that when that was years before she was born?

I'm not as versed in the series lore so I'm probably missing something, but she's an interesting character nonetheless. Her, Finn and Poe really drew me back into the series, I hope they explore Poe's character more in the new one coming up. I detest Kylo Ren. (his voice is really cool though).

Gotenks, Kid Buu, and Adult Gohan will be playable in Dragon Ball FighterZ, the latest issue of V-Jump reveals.

Gotenks’ Meteor special attack is “Charging Ultra Buu Buu Volleyball.” While Gotenks’ partner in performing this technique is Piccolo in the original work, the scene will change depending on the partners you assemble in the game. Kid Buu’s special attack is “Planet Burst.” Adult Gohan can use “Unlock Potential” by consuming the Ki Gauge, the magnification of which changes depending on the amount of ki in the gauge. His special move is “Ultimate Kamehameha.”

Outside of the new characters, the magazine also reveals:

Shop – Players will be able to purchase character color variations and titles by spending the Zeni earned in battle.
Arcade Mode – Fight a predetermined number of battles. The route will change depending on whether you win or lose.
Dragon Ball FighterZ will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on January 26 in the Americas and Europe, and February 1 in Japan.

Those DBZ movies were awesome, not because the stories were good, but because the fights were brutal. Vegeta got destroyed in damn near every movie

Yes, I am in agreement with you. I kind of have to feel it must be Skywalker(rey lineage). Is it predictable? yes? but I think thats fine in this story as it a continuation from Luke. Now that could be Ben aka Kylo Ren and him alone however there's something more, I feel these two are connected(or maybe were friends? in fact, how old is Rey vs Kylo? Obviously Kylo couldn't kill the jedis when he was 10! lol)

Nothing that concrete. They're two Empire pilots that turned to the Rebellion and were on Jakku. Not delving into the game itself since you are intending on playing it, but they have an unnamed daughter and Del, the father, was what led Kylo Ren to finding Lor San (the old dude) on Jakku. Del knows where Luke is, or rather, was the one holding the map to Luke until he gave it to Lor San. The theory is there because a) they never name the daughter, b) Iden (the mother) is a strong female character, and c) Del Rey Books are the publisher of the Star Wars books so Del being the father name and Rey being the daughter's name is a meta-shout out.

In natural speech, it would be "you're his father, idiot, Luke is just a jedi that taught him." Nope, I think they're moving on from the Skywalkers at the expense of the movies, so I don't think Luke will actually be that big of a deal in the next two movies. Even what you're saying is totally legit. It works as well. They could get away with that should they take that path in the story/movie. Also it would be kinda more genuine for Luke to name his son(if) after Ben(Obi)... not that Han or Leia didn't have reason but Luke more so IMO. They couldn't minimize Luke is that fashion. That would be awful. I'd be hard press. I'm already(predicitng) a Luke death/sacrifice by ep. 9 however I would like him to leave(not die like Yoda) and rebuild the Jedi order in some fashion. Something different and not the same movie outline already planned out in prior trilogies. Luke obviously is behind the curve in the raw power of the force but his knowledge shouldn't be matched.

Now how do we tie in Snoke?(read something about him possibly explaining his origins in those prequel books)
