C’mon man.

Go look up his stats. Over 50% FG and 3PT, over 2 steals per game, over 7 boards. He's been ridiculously efficient.

Otto Porter is the reason the Wiz are 6-5 and not 2-9

Side note, how the hell are the Pistons 8-3. Its early but Charlotte's playoff chances aren't exactly inspiring good feelings

I didn't foresee Otto Porter becoming way better than MKG. MKG's development has been a roller coaster of injuries and major confidence issues.

He’s having a great season and he’s been super efficienct but beyond those ridiculously efficient shooting percentages that will likely decrease to the mean as the season goes on he’s not viable to be a all star selection over Beal nevertheless Wall.

the east is improved this year, just two terrible teams so far. the bulls and hawks. everyone else (including us) are at least 5-7.

woj said more east teams will be active at trades due to it being so open with cleveland struggling, probably bad for us considering we have no cap and meh assets.

East has been so weird this season. Cleveland and Milwaukee are below .500 while Orlando, New York, Detroit, and Philadelphia are above .500

I'm still not buying Orlando and New York. Philly will inevitability go through some injuries. CLE and MIL will pick things up. I guess?

Feel like I should replace kemba on the all star team. Drummond? Or gordon?

More surprising: Noel not getting minutes in DAL or Okafor not getting minutes in PHI?

We all knew Okafor wasn’t a part of Philly plans. Noel not getting minutes in Dallas is kinda surprising considering how horrible they’ve been. They are punishing him for not signing the extension lol. Not gonna let him drive up his value on their watch just to leave. It sucks but I can understand it from both perspectives. I wouldn’t mind making a trade for him if possible in a multi team deal.

Ok. The Celtics have essentially won their last 2 games without Kyrie. I’ve came to the indisputable conclusion that them winning has nothing to do with Kyrie and barely anything to do with IT before him. Brad Stevens is just that good of a coach.

I'd love for us to match-up with the Pistons in the playoffs if they somehow continue their dominance. Howard could prove critical in controlling Drummond, so hopefully he is still here.

RPM Stats released on ESPN
http://www.espn.com/nba/statistics/rpm/_/sort/RPM

_________ MPG ORPM DRPM RPM WINS _________
43. Kemba 34.3 2.61 -0.72 1.89 1.34
47. Dwight 30.3 -0.51 2.29 1.78 1.16
71. Marvin 25.2 0.34 0.77 1.11 0.83
156. MKG 18.2 -1.33 1.15 -0.18 0.21
157. JOB 11.7 -1.14 0.94 -0.20 0.14
185. Lamb 30.3 0.56 -1.05 -0.49 0.63
215. Zeller 19.4 -1.46 0.63 -0.83 0.23
275. Frank 26.5 -0.78 -0.68 -1.46 0.32
304. MCW 13.3 -1.19 -0.46 -1.65 0.04
327. Graham 20.5 -1.63 -0.22 -1.85 0.17
403. Bacon 23.9 -2.24 -0.67 -2.91 0.04
409. Monk 21.5 -1.34 -1.78 -3.12 0.00

Surprising to see Dwight so high and Lamb so low. Also, Bacon and Monk, out of 421 players, are near rock bottom.

I’m surprised to see Zeller so low. RPM is usually the one stat that bid well for him.

I knew Monk would be low, but damn.

Dwight's played 18 minutes without Kemba on the floor. That's basically nothing at all for the purposes of drawing any kinds of conclusions.

I've always hated the Celtics but man am I jealous of their team this year. I never bought into the argument that Irving couldn't lead a team, he was only 21 when Lebron arrived. He is a winner. Brown, 21, is a breakout athletic stud. Their third best player, Tatum, is 19. Smart 23, Rozier 23, Ojeleye 22, Nader 24, Yabusele 21, Theis 25, can all fly around the court and are 25 or under. Just the right amount of veteran backbone, Horford, Baynes, Morris. Hayward when he gets back, will enter his prime. I really dislike Danny Ainge from his playing days - really obnoxious, dirty player - and for the tall tales he spins about trades that fell through - but give him major props for his eye for talent, and ability to make franchise altering trades. And then of course there's Brad Stevens. Impressive team.
