Dennis Schroeder always plays really well against the Celtics, and they gave a great effort against us two weeks ago.

Big time letdown game here. I expect a win because we just have so much more talent than Atlanta but it won’t be pretty

Hawks are awful but after 14 straight wins Celtics are due for let down game. Only natural. Hell it almost happened against the nets.

Biggest fear is an emotional letdown.

Read on Twitter

Our below average offense (102.6 ORtg) kicks up several notches in the 4th qtr (109.7 ORtg) while maintaining elite D. Our defense fuels our offense for the most part and Kyrie has been ultra-efficient in the clutch. Let's not get used to digging ourselves 17-pt holes though.

Mentioned in the Lakers tank thread that I don't think Atlanta is really as godawful as a 3-12 record suggests (I think they're more in the Lakers/Nets range). Very unfavorable early travel schedule. Not a total pushover, and I'm expecting a tough one on the road after last night's battle, though the offense should find the sledding much easier.

Yea, Hawks tank is pretty darn decent. I think they easily have better players than the Lakers, Suns - more win now roster and they are really far behind. Good job on the tank.

Still a trap game. Hawks always seem to play hard against us.
Good assessment:

PLO wrote:Tatum played OK - took advantage of a few mismatches - decent on the defensive end. He is what we thought he was going into the season - a technically very proficient player operating close to his career ceiling as a rookie.

It’s crazy how there’s just no good teams in the NBA. If a team loses to the Celtics, it’s only because they’re trash. Kind of leaves a cloud hanging over this winning streak

Thats only Raptors fans that think that, except for when we beat them and the refs screwed them that game and or we caught them on a low swing of their variance.

When we beat them again and again it will be new excuses though, next one will probably be no one making their shots when demar passes the ball, or possibly JV sucks.
