The way things are going, it wouldn't be much of a loss either way. He might not be worth keeping if they can't play like they have any brain cells this whole season.

I just hope people keep focusing on OKC so no one points out how bad the Pelicans look right now.

Great chemistry for the Lakers back court on that 2 on 1 fast break alley oop.

PG doesn't ever look motivated in the regular season. This is nothing new. He's been mailing it in for years now.

What???? Its not like he going deep in the playoffs...so when IS he motivated. LOL. Its not like he Lebron and Curry...playing for June.

The number of game winners on PGs resume. Let me adjust my comment. PG hasn’t/doesnt make them when it matters most. Is that better?

Who would you rather have take that shot...Melo, Westbrook or PG?

If the Thunder needed a game winner, I would agree with you. It's absolutely true that PG just doesn't have any last-second game winners in his career. But they didn't need a game winner here. They needed a 3 to tie the game and send it to overtime. PG has proved a lot of times that he can make that shot.

So, no. PG definitely counts as a good shooter in that situation. He can send a game to overtime.

Fair point...i wanted Melo to take that shot...Melo is a shooter. But it has to be made during the play instead of in iso.

Oh, I'm not gonna disagree with that at all. Melo definitely has a better pedigree when it comes to last-second shots. I was just clarifying that if we're talking about a game-tying shot then PG can make it to.

A gazillion possessions in succession late in the 4th with Melo and WB trying so hard to play hero ball throwing prayers...

Not one possession designed for PG and people blame him for not being clutch. What a joke!

I'm a Pacers fan and have been saying this for years. Paul George half asses most all regular season games.

He is great defensively but offensively he is a hit or miss. Great 3 point shooter though. Not elite at creating space for himself despite his athleticism.

Ok i was making sure it wasn’t just me he is very good on defense no doubt not sure what he needs to do on offense when his shot isn’t falling tho

Did you watch Paul George this game? He was horrible. All of the "big three" struggled with Melo struggling the least.
Pg needs to learn how to dribble a ball before he can be considered clutch.

He isn't wrong, though. Ever since his freak injury PG isn't going 100% in the RS. There's a reason why he always plays better in the playoffs than he does in the RS.
