Malone told him that was the area he needed the most improvement and I agree with that. Those silly backcourt fouls and getting frustrated when he's played too physical. As strong as he is, he needs to play to that strength when he's down low. That foul he got the tech over is sometimes called, sometimes not but it was a minor push and Jokic pulled a "Gallo" and went to the floor. The ref didn't buy it. He needs to take more acting lessons or decide to not go down on little shoves.

Jokic and Malone complaining because there are TWO back-to-back shooting fouls in less than two seconds without a call.

I don't want to defend Jokic because of his silly fouls, things start to gone bad in this match after he received early 2nd foul after 5 minutes of play, and this technical foul is not so pointless. But ejection? Ridiculous and terrible decision.

General Board has a thread about the ejections and the consensus seems to be that Malone should have been ejected for running onto the court during play but that Jokic's ejection was total nonsense. OK, if that's the rule, which makes sense, then Malone should have been ejected. I don't really object to that when I think about it for a moment.

But Jokic's ejection should draw a fine for the ref, if not a suspension. That was totally ridiculous, almost as crazy as Tim Duncan's ejection (you can find it on YouTube). This one will go down as one of the most ridiculous ejections of all time. Without a doubt, the NBA office will notice the opinions of the fans, and that will influence their call because it isn't just Nuggets fans.

On the other hand, as has been pointed out more than once, Jokic needs to learn to control his emotions a little more. The hack and the shove in the back were fouls, but those aren't always called on the big men - ask Shaq. He's going to have to learn to play through all of that if he's going to be a superstar.

Second thought, Carmelo Anthony said the OKC big-3 need to be more selfish. I get that. Look at GSW, if Curry, Thompson, Durrant are open, they shoot, it's what they do - even if it's a one-on-three fast break. Look at Nene today compared to Nene in Denver, he's more aggressive when he has the ball. It's something young stars need to learn and especially on the Nuggets because they are so team oriented, pass oriented. I wish Harris would also be more selfish. No, I'm not looking for Jokic or Harris to shoot 25-30 shots per game, but if they have a shot they think they can make, they should shoot. That's what the great shooters, especially great team leaders do. I'd like to see them both shoot at least 15 maybe 18 or 20 shots per game. That will lead to a better team and open up shots for other players. Murray could develop into one of those players too, but we're still waiting and that's OK.

Does show you how much Plumlee doesn't bring to the position, he's JABG (Just A Backup Guy), plain and simple. Did like what I saw from Lyles though !! :)

I totally agree, but also that situation would have never happened if Malone didn't jump in front of that horrible ref, it was more Jokic reaction to that awkward scene .
