Re: Current quarterbacks
Kind of absurd what Brady is doing at the age of 40.

Obviously that's not untrue. But Dak's stats this year allow for that statement to be backed by some actual evidence too.
Idk man. Considering Russ doesnt have a line or running game. He pretty much has to carry the offense each week. Literally.
Running game. Russ is the running game. He should be the tail back,

Re: Current quarterbacks
Must be 8 GM's from losing teams. Is the Cleveland GM one of them? lmao.

Re: Current quarterbacks
Wentz and Dak finally had similar situations this year, as far as offensive support goes. And Wentz has been far better. In fact, it's only even now after Zeke got suspended, because he's normally better than any RB the Eagles have.
Dak doesn't do anything better than Wentz. Wentz is considerably better in the pocket, and as far as scrambling/running/improvising/extending plays, I'd probably call it a draw, if not advantage Wentz.
And this isn't to pile on Dak or hype up Wentz, it just is what it is.

The Cowboys are 5-5 and the Eagles are 9-1. Who's on the losing team?

Re: Current quarterbacks
Both are good young QB's. Feel like it shouldn't shock anyone that GM's like the guy drafted number 2 overall more.

Wentz is far better than Dak. I don't know anyone who thinks Dak is even close.

Some Dallas fan here may disagree.

Re: Current quarterbacks
wentz, dak
dak, wentz
should we really be focusing on them?
i mean they are being out played by a journeyman backup and a 40 year old

There is absolutely no way in hell I would ever rank Andy Dalton or Jameis Winston above Dak Prescott as PFF does... even through Week 7 of this season. That's ludicrous.
So much for Dak having a sophmore slump like so many in here predicted.
I think it's safe to say, he's in a slump.

Dak Prescott since Zeke started serving his suspension:
0 TDs
5 INTs
3 fumbles lost
176, 145, 179 yards
The Cowboys offense scored 7, 9 and 6 points in those 3 games
Yikes!

Filed under "QB Dead Money" while remembering that Tony Romo counts around $9M going into the 2018 season...
From 2016;
I have a hunch one fan on this forum isn't reading that with much enthusiasm.
From 2016;
Joe Flacco signed a 3 year, $66,400,000 contract with the Baltimore Ravens, including a $40,000,000 signing bonus, $44,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $22,133,333. In 2018, Flacco will earn a base salary of $12,000,000, while carrying a cap hit of $24,750,000 and a dead cap value of $28,750,000.

Re: Current quarterbacks
Russell Wilson might end up being the first $200 million dollar QB. Astounding.
