Smart is killing the team as the linchpin of second unit. I really don’t know what they do. You just can’t keep running him out there without Kyrie on the floor.
Nader looks like he wasn’t ready to play. That’s a problem.

Me too. He is a player you have to make plays for him and he is useful that way but if you allow him to make decisions he will make one stupid one after another. Basically he needs a smart play-maker playing alongside him at all times.

Next evolution for this team is to replace Terry with a competent shooter who can come off the bench for 15-20 and hit a shot. During the regular season we can get by but Smart and Terry playing together in the backcourt...it's just too much. It doesn't work.
