PierceFan4ever wrote:That was terrible by Brad you cannot play Nader at all. He's that bad. How can you bench Kyrie and Brown for that long when they destroyed the Mavs in the first. Semi does nothing offensively when I mean nothing like legit nothing the past 6 games. Stevens needs to tell Smart to give the ball to Tatum on offense nearly every play. I don't know if it's about Smart trying to prove he's worth the contract but he can't be shooting that much especially when he's on a new level of struggle of offense. Smart does everything else good to great but the high amount of shot attempts in a short stretch has to stop and kills the momentum of this team at times early in games.

82 games dude. It’s the reason why Thibs teams always run out of gas in the postseason. Games like this against tomato cans are exact games you go deep into your bench. They can win this any time they want with the way Kyrie is playing. Hell, Horford and Tatum are basically coasting through this one

literally looks like LeBron in the NBDL though.. save him for the end of blowouts mostly, but give him the season to see if he can do anything.

Man, you're really dug in on Marcus, huh? Or is that just a reaction to the over the top hate for him?

I don't give a **** about anyone on this team, but the truth is the truth.

We win by clawing at bitches in crunch time.

That is Kyrie and Smart above all.

And posters here aren't just arguing with me on this, they arguing with Stevens.

That's irrefutable.

Dudes need to marinate in that before they come at me.

So you don't think Smart should shoot less?

If Smart passed up every wide open shot, this game would be a 20 pt lead for Boston

Updated Marcus Smart season stats:

27% FG Pct, 25% 3PT Pct

$13-15 million per year?

Smart managed to shoot 1-7, 0-5 from 3, with 3 TOs in only 14 minutes. The Mavs aren't even pretending to defend his jumpshot.

Brad believes Marcus will find his shot at some point, but it may never happen. Hopefully he can start hitting these shots, he doesn’t have bad form. It’s probably all in his head.

Brad knows it.

Why don't you?

Spoiler:
Oh wait, some of you never played a **** sport in your life. Carry on!

Yea I forgot. That's you out there right now my man shooting up the bricks.

Carry on bruh. As smart plays offensive tackle and shows me your genius is so unbearably high that I don't know what I was thinking taking a shot at you.

I usually reserve the basketball 101 lessons for fans of other teams on Realgm, but if you need some, I am here for you, homie.

Cave, ain’t it the coaches job to limit the bad? He is terrific in everything but the actual shot going in. I think he makes all the right plays and takes he right shots.

But man, I think Stevens has to put him in a different role on offense. He is t our second unit scorer and has to stop shooting like he is a good shooter.

I really have never seen anything like it. They aren’t bad shots. He just doesn’t make them.

I mean, he consistently is 1-7 in games. We up 15, Smart comes in and tosses up bricks. Close game.

I don't even understand the bias needed to rationalize that away. He can be a good player if he treated scoring like Rondo. If he was a playmaker and disregarded his scoring, hed be so good off the bench

Playing them more early means blowout by the time the 4th quarter rolls through so they can rest then. Better that way when you don't have to over rely on them when things are going bad in the 2nd.

Win lose or draw, there is no reason for Smart to be shooting the shots he does. I swear my sister could have made atleast one of those.

Yeah, we knew that was coming. It's a challenge for a team that isn't dynamic on offense.
