Jimbo stands pat.
We need another slugger.
The offense has been piss poor as of late.

Lee has been more consistent but Soriano has had more power. I like Rammy at the 3 spot since our 1-2 guys have been pretty good at getting on. Then Soriano at 4 since he has more power than Lee. Rammy has been really patient at the plate this year, much like 03 and part of 04. He slipped a little bit from 04-05, now he looks a lot like the old Rammy that first came here, but better.
Lee hasn't been as patient at the plate as we've seen the last couple of years. He looks frustrated right now, my guess, probably from early in the year when all the strikes he would get were breaking balls. The inside fastballs that he use to see aren't coming and pitchers have stayed away from the inside all together. Since then he has had a hard time of adjusting, hence his avg. plummeting.

Alfonso's slugging .511 and Lee is slugging .492. A decent difference I guess, but considering Lee has a .403 OBP compared to Soriano's .336, I don't think he deserves to hit behind Alfonso. Soriano's too much of a free swinger to be that valuable.

When Soriano comes back, if DLee is still what he is now...
3-Rammy
4-Soriano
5-DLee
6-DeRosa
Theriot at leadoff and Fontenot, Kendall(wow he looked good at the 2hole), even JJ can man the 2hole.
i think i would move dlee at the 6th spot and soriano to the third spot.
