I, like most of you, am not a fan of this proposal. But there is something intriguing about trading Gordon for a younger player with bonafide star potential.

I'm not sure it's worth exploring, but being that this is a contract year for AG, it's worth the thought.

I think trading Gordon is something we need to do, I’m actually at the point where everyone on this roster can go outside of Issac and Simmons. Fournier should have never been resigned, we should have kept Victor, who’s finally become the player we thought we were drafting. Gordon is a good player but he’s not a franchise cornerstone. Time to hit that reset button now.

We messed up drafting so many guys that could not shoot. Pairing Elf and Dipo and hoping they would become defensive mavens and everything would take care of itself was just dumb, specially in the era of 3pt records.

I actually agree with the Evan resigning, the Dipo thing we really screwed up with was what we got in return. We traded a guard and a draft pick for a big then days later signed another big for big dollars, we already had a big in Vuc on the roster, just a really dumb move. If you already traded for a big, why go and sign Biz?

Anyways, I called it since the summer that when Issac's name was called AG days in Orlando were numbered. They will end up playing the same position and getting on each others way. Issac looks like the higher ceiling player because he has a natural fluidity that AG lacks plus he is longer and can be a shot disruptor, AG just lacks the size. During preseason I called for us to trade AG at some point before next summers draft, and now that AG has improved his shoooting until last 5 games it could be time to sell high and acquire a good asset.

I think basketball is becoming position less and eventually we can play him or AG at 5. We need to move with the times
