Long overdue IMO. Wonder if this means a deal or a signing is coming soon

Wow. That took forever, huh?

So, if he's there, then we're down to 12. Unless Bird is with us?

It's time to unleash Bird... no, not that Bird!

Crazy how Yabs can just destroy down there, but not have any clue up on the big club. They need a G+ League where you can see guys play against real players somehow.... lol, this is why I'm not a scout. I still don't see it happening for Yabs, though, but see previous sentence.

Well, it kinda did happen like that since Noah was rehabbing in that game. Yabu went up against him directly a number of times.

I'm not a scout, but it seems pretty straightforward to me.

His success in the D league has come mostly as a slasher. To continue that at the next level, he has to find a way to finish over NBA length.

He's rebounded at the same rate in the NBA, albeit over a small sample size (18%) as he has in the D/G league (16%). He's been the same player in that regard. He also made a nice hands play in that highlight package. That's something he's shown he can do with the big club. It's just that the one element of his game that he hasn't been able to use in the pros yet is the biggest one.

Yeah, I meant the scout thing more in a "it's harder to tell if they're any good when they're playing against scrubs" way, not in the "why can't he do it against much better players" way. I solve that by not watching much G-League or college.... :D

Doubtful that they get back for tomorrow's 1pm Celtics' game.
No word on Jabari Bird's whereabouts.

Claws beat the cRaps, 102-93. All our guys scored in double figures -- Nader (19p), Allen (17p-6r-6a-3s), Bird (18p), Yabs (15p). They combined for 10/22 from beyond the arc.

I hear you. To me his best chance is to go the perk route and get as svelt as possible. He does have a dangerous skill set if he can find confidence shooting the 3 with the big club.
