If you're defining a "push off" in terms of an offensive foul, like a charge, then I still don't see it. Driving guards are allowed to use their off arm all the time in order to cushion contact. See Rondo, Jordan, Westbrook, Curry, etc. If Bogi was going straight at Green, then I would see the point, but Bogi is squarely lined up with the right side of the basket with Green on his hip. Bogi has the step on Green and NBA refs allow this kind of move. Especially with the elite players.

The Warriors bench may have reacted, but you can see the ref is right there, watching the play, and he's the one that makes the calls. If he doesn't know what a "push off" is then who are we to claim that we do?
