Held Booker 32 points under his last Garden appearance. Why does it seem like he still got 50?

Playing Rozier with under six minutes to go in a close game and leaving Irving on the bench isn’t team building.

That’s gambling.

I think this is what you use the regular season for. You need the role players to get in-game experience in crunch time. Never know who will have to step up later in the season/ post season.

This team knows exactly who it’s rotation players are. Rozier has been in the league for three years and has post-season experience.

Sitting Kyrie Irving while one of the worst teams in the league crawls back from a blowout to a one possession game isn’t smart.

If you have a sure win, you step on their necks and let the far end bench play the final minutes with the win already secured.

What Brad did was a gamble. It works sometimes, it didn’t today. Thankfully we still came away with the W.

Rather see them win than lose either way.

The advances stats bear this out.

Hell just by SRS the Cetlics are 4th behind the Warriors, Rockets, and Raptors.

Anyone else catch the long embrace between Kyrie and Chandler? Hopefully he told him he’s coming here after he’s bought out.

First team to 20 wins! Great all round game by the Celtics. 6 players in double figures, Horford with a double double - Baynes with +16.

15 games live for 15 wins baby!

Yeah, I'm out on Morris for the time being. Would rather Theis and Tatum take some of his minutes. He loses his man too easily. Man on man defense, he's good but in the Celtics quick switching defense, he is a step slow all the time.
and that's "MR. Irrelevant" to you!!

I think anyone that watches knows their offense cannot be trusted and has been getting carried by the D the vast majority of the time.

Funky stat, but the Celtics have scored at least 108+ in 8 of their last 10 games, including today. Is the offense where we'd want it to be? PROBABLY not, but saying it can't be relied upon seems a bit of a stretch.

And of course, very close, but nice win.

If anybody grew up watching Cs during Bird era...... this game was an example of the classic kind where Cousy would say sometime during 3rd quarter..... “the Cs are going to win this one but they’re not making it easy on themselves....”

Outcome was never in doubt but they should have run away with this one
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."
