Draft a QB. Spread cap room around. Develop an identity.

And most importantly, impeach Snyder.

No McCloughan, no hope.

In my dreams, we pull a total tank job, Napoleon fires Allen and rehires McGlue, we draft one of the big three QBs and spread Cousins’ $ among several upgrades (interior OL, NT, ML). Maybe Gruden gets another year, maybe he doesn’t.

Sample size was low but Crowder might be the only player worth anything from the McCloughan drafts smh

I think everyone's been fine, including Gruden, but I just think the template is terrible. The vision for the team just isn't good.

I don't really know how you win it these days in the NFL anyway. Between the injuries, complete lack of high caliber QB's, the violence causing mobile quarterbacks to be nonexistent, etc....the league is in a bad place imo

Well he did draft a Pro Bowl guard as well.

I wish the Skins would bench Kirk Cousins the rest of the season, just to get a look at what another QB would look like under C. They could be VERY honest about it and say they're looking to see whether or not they can do without signing Kirk to the big bucks.

I think they're already leaning that way so they might as well be forward looking.

They need to NOT play Colt McCoy, however. Is there a third QB on the roster. (I doubt it, but if so he should mop up the rest of the year).

The Skins didn't carry a 3rd QB this season.

The worse position Kirk can be in is if all of his suitors are drafting high. These are the top 15 picks as of now:

1. Cleveland
2. Giants
3. Colts
4. Bucs
5. Texans
6. Bears
7. Jets
8. Niners
9. Broncos
10. Raiders
11. Bengals
12. Dolphins
13. Cardinals
14. Washington
15. Green Bay

Cleveland will draft one most likely. They actually have two top 5 picks as of now if I remember right. Giants might go with Eli one more year, but Kirk would get eaten alive by the NY Media. Niners found their QB...Arizona might be an option but he'd face the Rams and Seahawks defense twice a year.

Then you look at teams 16-30: Buffalo might be an option, Jacksonville if they got rid of Bortles but he's cheaper as well, maybe Minnesota. Yeah, Kirk has the advantage when it comes to $, but there might be less than a handful of suitors who would actually sign him. Both sides have some leverage.
