76ers got to within 7 with 8 minutes to go.

Booker then comes in and scores 19 points in 8 minutes to close the game (19 of our last 22 points).

BTW, I enjoy watching JJ Redick play ball.
He was their best player, Ulis had a lot of problems to defend him.

Lurking a bit on the Sixers board and as you can imagine a lot of negative emotion flowing after the Suns beat them on their home court. More than one Sixers fan says they would trade Simmons for Booker straight up. As much as I would love to pair Simmons WITH Booker, I wouldn't trade Book for him at all.

Suns would be Chicago Bulls bad if Booker couldn't play.

Your team has been good for like less than a third of an NBA season after like 5 seasons of the worst trash imaginable. Chill.

Their takes on Booker are great as well.

What a cesspool of salt that board is

Suns would be a play off team in the east. In the west they are cannon fodder. That's how sad the NBA is right now.

What is absolutely sick is that if you watch the highlights none of his shots even hit the rim (except a fouled and 1).

That was extremely impressive. Booker was crazy good. He even started slow and finished with 46 while being doubled. Some of those shots were crazy and the way he got to the rim was extremely impressive, particularly when you think of things like his age, a player like Embiid in the middle, one of the best perimeter defenders in the league in Covington not being able to keep up with him, etc.

I mean Simmons and Embiid both had really good games...Simmons with 20 pts on 50%, 8 rebounds, 7 assists and 6 steals and Embiid with 22, 12, 4 blocks and 2 steals and we still won fairly easily.

Their 3 pt shooting killed them early, but even if they hit 4 more to exceed their 3 pt avg for the year in this game, we still would have beat them with Booker going crazy down the stretch.

Fun game. A lot of good performances from others as well with Ulis finally having a really impressive assists game, 12 with only 1 turnover, Chandler was energetic pulling down boards, getting assists, steals, blocks, and then Warren doing his thing with 25 on over 63% shooting and adding 8 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals.

I could only watch the 4th quarter, was Covington a better player than Devin booker?

DB was amazing, but our low-turnover rate was the big difference maker from some other games. TJ with a quiet but effective 25.

I would love to see stats on TJ for how long it takes him to score. I'm going to guess he has one of the fastest scoring times in the league. He just doesn't have the ball in his hands much compared to the amount of point he puts up. Could just be me homering, but it seemed like he scored within 3 seconds of every time he got the ball it seemed.

I love Devin Booker.

We're seeing a superstar blossom before our own eyes.
