The framework of a possible Giancarlo Stanton trade between the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals appears to be taking shape.
The Cardinals, San Francisco Giants and maybe even the Los Angeles Dodgers are considered the most likely destinations for Stanton.
Miami is looking to unload a good chuck of the $300 million remaining on Stanton's deal.
In talks with the Cardinals, the Marlins have shown interest in Michael Wacha and Jose Martinez.
