If anyone wants to chime in here, the Suns are getting picked on in the GB:

I was going to post last night for people not to even bother since there are so many uninformed opinions. It's simply just not worth it. It's kind of a no win situation.

General board is trash, just ignore it. Who cares if they take a break from perpetually dumb and wrong hot takes and kneejerk reactions to **** on the Suns.

Suns defense is trash though

Offense is decent so when on fire they will beat teams

The OP is acting like we give up 130 every game and lose by 40 each time too.
It's bad but it's not THAT bad.

His shot is so bad. I just don't know if he will ever get touch.

A lot of people in the thread have said "They are playing the correct defense on Smart...leave him open and dare him to shoot the 3."

OK, perhaps you were this low on him coming out, but his shot isn't any worse than it was coming out of college.

I guess it might spur them to move on from Monroe a little quicker since they were already tragically thin at G before Booker went down. I would guess they give Jackson minutes at SG and hope he thrives there. Jones Jr. probably gets some run now assuming he isn't cut to keep James (It's my assumption that the Suns will get a roster exemption from the league to carry 16 players after this Booker injury so this wouldn't be necessary)
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

right, today is the day about James but no word yet -- maybe it will be Daniels traded but probably Jones released

I am not sure why people are giving up on Jackson so quickly. Give the players some time. Bender and Chriss are even getting better. What have you done for me lately

I believe in Jackson. I think that he is gonna be really good for us, he just needs to calm down, he is out of control.

But I am down on Chriss, Bender, DJJ and Len. Hopefully they give me reasons on the court to change my opinion.

I am pretty hopeful of Bender - have seen a lot of good things this year. I do think Chriss has started to improve under Triano combined with getting in shape. But Bender, shot is coming along, his defense has improved. The more I see of Triano, read about him - having Watson was the best thing for the tank as he just wasn't a good head coach.

I think they will need to run some offense for Chriss with Booker out. He has the skill set to handle more of a scoring load and they will need it. One good thing is he seems like the type where if they can get him going offensively early it might improve his play in other area's as he gets more locked in and confident.

Out for 2-3 weeks with a left groin strain.

Listed as a moderate strain.

Still trying to figure out Mike James situation. Booker injury doesnt open up a roster spot, expecting James situation to go until this evening.

I read the james situation as they are doing everything they can to trade monroe but so far no takers and if that doesnt happen jones probably gets cut.

Anyone know if they would be allowed to sign jones to a two way contract if he clears waivers?
