This is my main problem with this team... struggling to be a .500 club is the worst kind of team.

Yeah, it is, but it's also a necessary part of the development process. Boston went through it. Washington went through it. Milwaukee went through it.

As long as we're seeing growth and development from our guys who will likely be the building blocks for the future (Gordon + Isaac), then we're doing ok.

I see what you're saying but this team as it currently stands doesn't have anywhere close to the upside any of those teams you listed had. I dont really see the benefit of finishing 11th in the lottery again. I wish we would just stop delaying the inevitable and ship Vuc, Fournier, etc out of town and try to bottom out.

Elfrid has been pretty solid lately. His play is definitely not the problem. But I've accepted that this boards relationship with him just is what it is.

AG and EP have come out hard, pushing the pace and attacking the rim. That's a good way to start the game.

Elf is solid but his inability to develop a 3pt shot has relegated him to 2nd string material. Even in this game, he's being left wide open and it kills the flow of our offense because that should be a high percentage shot for a starting pg in this era.
