I haven't seen a single Lakers game where they don't play well. They're definitely better than their record shows. The defense is surprisingly good, and the fast pace helps a lot. They just need to start closing games well.

They definitely have competed very well...just some combo of lacking consistent talent to play good enough every night, along with them giving away a lot of close games when they did play well.

PG is his best position. No one is guarding a 3/4 that can't shoot.

He's shooting a lot so why would he suddenly get hesitant to? He also has attempted the most full court heaves in the league this season (8). Doubt he care about his fg%, just a bad stretch of basketball.

Someone posted the other day that Simmons had 8 half court heaves already this season, and KD has 8 over his entire career.

I don't think Simmons cares too much about his FG %
