Have to imagine Hue Jackson is as good as gone, no matter how the rest of the season plays out.

Haslam said Jackson will return as coach but I would think (although this is the Browns) that Dorsey will get to decide that.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Who knows? We all should know by now:

The defense ends up getting demolished by a good offense; Rodgers does all he can to keep pace, but can't quite do enough.

If we are in the playoffs with 12 under center you have a chance is what im saying.

Re: Dorsey

The Browns job is maybe the best job available in terms of security. He's gonna get at the very least 3-5 seasons to turn it around. As someone already alluded to, there's nowhere to go but up. His previous success will allow him some extra cache within ownership and the fan base I'm guessing too.

The Browns were smart to make the move now. I wonder if the GIants were interested. No other team has a GM opening at the moment. I still don't know why KC dumped him. In terms of job security, Haslem has gone through 3 GM's (Lombardi, Farmer and Brown) since he fired Heckert when he bought the team 5 years ago.

Not gonna lie, I'm really pulling for the Browns to get the win tomorrow.

This is a win-win. We lose and its an embarrassment to the FO and coaching staff, or we win and Rodgers comes back and the season gets interesting for a week at least.

Or, worst-case scenario: We barely manage to squeak out a last-second win against the hopeless Browns, and then it's deemed that Rodgers isn't ready to return the following week and we get stomped by the Panthers. This would mean the season is over, and we weren't even given the satisfaction of seeing one of the most embarrassing losses in recent memory. A lose-lose.
