There is only one player on this team that is bringing back an all star and if they trade him its the final straw

If Warren can shoot 35% from 3 for a good sample that'll be a big development.
He's 4 of last 9.

That was an awful passage of play on the defensive boards. Was that Chriss who was ball watching?

Those assets though![]()
It's very difficult to think of McD's interview talking about "being interested in one thing....winning a championship...not interested in 8th seed" or whatever he said/says....without laughing while watching these games.
McD needs to go. I've been patient towards him due to some rumor that he's a good draft GM and hoping to become the next OKC glory days. Times up for me! He just wasn't ready for this job, he'll always be the guy who drafted Booker but this shenanigans has to stop and it starts with a new GM(hopefully new owner also).

Worse basketball than we are seeing it's impossible. Embarrassing basketball.
We must admit that McDonough has failed in his project. 5 **** years and the team is worse and worse every year. Always there is a ridiculous excuse for him.
Fire McDonough. We are going nowhere.

He actually looks like he has lost weight as of late.....
But he still is running out of breath while rapping, which is sad.

McDonough's pick next year is all or nothing.
There's a big difference between Booker and 16 nobodies and 2 All-Stars under 22.

Yeah, last season we were discussing trading Knight, Len and Chriss for Aldridge and Murray...

There is a small chance that the 5th or 6th pick we are going to get is going to be an all star

Next coach's hire is even more important.
We need someone to give this guys some direction.

Re: Game 28 : San Antonio Spurs (18-8) at Phoenix Suns (9-18), Saturday, Dec 9, 7PM MST
I think we could do with a McD thread.
Honestly I think he is top shelf when it comes to identifying and acquiring draft potential.
But his roster management is awful, he's failed on putting together a cohesive or balanced roster, which in turn affects the development of any talent we acquire. His biggest flaws are that he sits on his hands too long, is never proactive or aggressive in transactions, and ultimately loses out on value.
The biggest failing IMO was a complete lack of foresight with the Mike James contract scenario. From the minute he was elevated to the active roster, we would have had a drop dead date circled on the calendar for when we'd need to have a roster spot open for him. Through all the trades and roster movement, this was a known quantity. Still, we waited and waited for something that never ended up happening. We had to cut a young guy who we spent time developing - now, I'm not saying DJJ was a huge loss, but the fact that we were FORCED into cutting him because there were no other options left is a pretty big black spot IMO.
Lastly, as good as we are at acquiring talent, we do an absolutely awful job of developing it, while in part is on the coaching and development staff - but McD has to wear some of this as well.
