The weather is beautiful here in the fall / winter / spring and I have a hookup for discount hotel rooms at one of the best hotels in Scottsdale. Airfare is very affordable also into PHX.

It's by no means a central location though. I live abroad now but am originally from the NYC Area, and it'd would take the majority of us knicks and Celtics fans 5 + hours or more to get there. Also, how much commission would you be receiving from all of this?

Chicago would be much better to meet for everyone IMO. Airhub that is only 4 hours max from every NBA city and only 2 hours away for the majority of cities. Even the Florida teams are only 3 hours away. Compare that to 6hours Boston to PHX and 5ish NYC to PHX and fewer connections.....
