Maybe Fred is learning to coach right before our eyes. Pushing all the right buttons all of a sudden. Team is moving on offense, finding cutters, making hustle plays. They are fun to watch again. I say good. I was never a fan of tanking and sorry I ever fell into that BS with everyone. I hope Fred and these kids destroy it from here on out. Then I hope we wind up with the gem of the draft anyway. The basketball gods should PUNISH teams who actively try to lose and reward the ones who go for it.

Niko playing great when I want the Bulls to tank. Great. As if I needed more ammunition to hate him even more.

Bulls may be back on the road to mediocrity in a few years.

Niko killing it. Do I believe this is the real Niko, no. But hey lovely to think that is so.

Dunn sucks at shooting unless the game counts and it is late, then he is GOAT. Good game from him even though 6-18. That is Dunn.

Even with the 4 game win streak, the Bulls still have the 2nd worst record in the league. A little bit of progression was due after being on pace for 10 wins at one point.

I think Dunn was saying that to the tank driver.

Wow ... Dunn is really finds way to impress and show growth in different ways every game. This kid has a great head on his shoulders.

Tonight, he was pretty putrid getting the ball in the bucket. His shot was off early, he tried to go to the basket and missed some tough ones (his first time really going against a shot blocker of Gobert's imposing nature) .. then towards end tried to take it in a few more times and just outright ugly attempts.

But he still did the little things, kept a good rapport with Lopez going early on. Great defense early on. Grabbing rebounds whenever he's out there. 4 steals to 2 turnovers. 8 ast to 2 turnovers. And this is starting to get pretty dang consistent output.

Then comes down and just nails two HUGE jump shots in final minute. Throw the rough shooting night out the window, that was impressive and confident!!

I'm so impressed with every aspect his game right now, IQ and physical. Once he adds a FT element (both drawing fouls and hitting).

So much for the Doncic/Ayton/Bagley talk. Bulls are going to keep winning more games then they should and lose enough to miss playoffs (even if they make it, what's the point?) and pick from 7th to 12th and that would just make this tankathon for longer than it should (more than 5 years).

I am so mad for winning these meaningless games. Especially Lauri is not developing anyway.

At the same time he's really not doing anything special that he couldn't keep doing in theory.

Always been about shot selection, diversity of shots, and just making them with him.

Winning 4 straight isn't common at all among a worst in the league type team.

Don't we have like a 9-straight season streak of going .500 or better?

If Niko has figured it out, things get tough.
It’s easy to say trade him, but if this Niko is reality he’s worth more than what teams have seemed willing to give up for him.

This seems to be the Niko you get when he’s given more responsibility dating back to his rookie season.

It’s a damn shame the Bulls didn’t roll with Jimmy, Niko, and guys like McDermott/Valentine last season.....

Having the worst record is good and all but we want to see guys play good. The Bulls traded Jimmy to jump start the rebuild with the hope the return plus a good pick would speed things up. With Lauri and Dunn (soon to be Lavine) looks like goal was achieved. The Bulls are still going to be bad enough for a top 4 pick

Yes, win 4, better win 40 more.

We may need to increase Holiday’s and Zipser’s minutes.
Scottie Pippen's response to whom he would pick for his running mate, Michael or LeBron: "That's a dumbass question. I've never done anything with LeBron. I wouldn't take LeBron to the movies."

They're 1 game ahead of getting the 6th pick. And Zach Lavine hasn't played a game.

Sacramento had Isiah Thomas and Boogie Cousins and fired their coach one year when the team was .500 with Boogie injured.

Look at how many games the 2007 Celtics lost, and how many games the 2002 Cavs lost. The Bulls certainly didn’t win a lot of games in 83.

Where are all the people who were sad we were losing games earlier and said we’d be guaranteed to have the worst record in the league?

That said, if Niko’s play means we can get a first round pick for him and then we start losing again, I’m okay with that.
